Hotel Kasauli Regency

Very bad experience. Toilets are not very clean and are unhygienic. Room service is poor. Restaurant is not geared upto handle rush. Personal experience:Had to wait more than an hour to get a simple continental breakfast which arrived in piecemeal...first the toasts, omelette after half hour, no cutlery as they ran short of it, everything turned cold and unpalatable. Cutlets were supposed to arrive with fries but fries not supplied. TV not functional as the channels are not subscribed. Overall felt cheated. It seems the management is only interested in making money and not in providing good service in return.

Great advertisements but reality is quite different. My experience has been pretty bad. This hotel is understaffed and cannot handle things when more guests arrive. Personal experience as follows: Ordered breakfast room service. Continental breakfast consisting of toast, omelette,cutlets and fries. Received the same in parts..first toast arrived, after half hour omelette arrived which was semicooked,sent back, waited for it, the toasts were completely cold by the time the omelette arrived. They ran short of cutlery, only forks available, no knives provided as they ran short. Cutlers arrived with no fries and no cutlery. Couldn't eat it as it had turndown cold waiting for the cutlery. Next regarding hygiene:the toilets were not cleaned properly even after complains they didn't clean it. No toiletries apart from liquid soap and shampoo provided. The TV is not functional as no channels are subscribed. Parking is restricted and with increased number of guests parking the car becomes problematic.

Amazing place to hangout with friends and family. Cozy vibes in winter and you can enjoy your drinks and snacks even on rooftop bar. They have ample space for parking and the food is really good. I strongly recommend going to the place.

The rooms seemed alright initially but over the course of the day it was apparent that the staff and the management don't really care much about cleanliness. Bathrooms were dirty and only seemed clean from afar. Service is horrible. They don't seem to have the right cutlery or even enough of it. They run out of forks and knives and ask you to eat your meals with just a spoon because they dont have cutlery. Orders take wayyyy too long to come and will come in parts. If you want to have a stay which just allows you for an okay rest, but with horrible service and leaving you seething with anger at the lack of resources and services for the price that they charge, please go for this. PS - even the managers will not be available for you to speak with because they will come late in the afternoon and leave early.

Excellent stay and services in nominal pricing. It's not too big property but shaped up well with nice hangout on the roof well maintained and decorated. Services are good and staff is cooperative. Must recommend place

Nice hotel with attentive staff where cleanliness is top priority. Service is prompt, bar and cafe at the rooftop is also decent one.

My recent stay on November 12th, 2024 was amazing, "I had a great stay at Kasauli Regency! The rooms are well kept and beautiful.We stayed in Balcony room and the food was absolutely up to the mark--delicious and satisfying. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay for a comfortable and enjoyable stay Highly recommended!"

PLEASE READ IT.. IT'S IMPORTANT. I stayed in hotel regency kasauli for one night. Staff was cooperative, rooms were good, food was perfect, ambience was excellent. Everything was going perfect until I hit the bed for night sleep. After 10-15 minutes,it started itching everywhere on my body. I thought may be it is because woolen clothes but it was something scary. I have never had any skin related issue in my entire life span. I checked out next day considering it normal in my mind. But itching worsens and rash started appearing involving every part. I consult a doctor on next day..nd he diagnosed it as SCABIES.. a dangerous skin condition.. as I told him about my trip.. he was sure that I got it from the hotel bed. Suddenly I found rashes on my 9 years old daughter's body and thn my husband got involved. So point of writing it all is that the hotel rooms might seems clean but in actual it may not be. Linens could be dirty..we are just paying off for some good time but it could worsens our health. Always try to stay in renowned hotels as they are brand for a reason.. don't care for few extra bucks as your health is your utmost priority. spending your money on good hotels for comfort is far better thn to give it to doctors. Right now we all are suffering and are under treatment. Wish if I could claim my money as a punishment to give us used linens.
