It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The best things were: 1. Staff - very polite, helpful and well dressed. 2. Cleanliness and Greenery. 3. Attention given to minute details. 4. View from the balcony. 5. Food

I recently visited this Resort and had an amazing experience. The food was exceptional, and the stunning views added to the charm. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. A perfect getaway for anyone looking for great service, scenic beauty, and delicious meals!

Hotel was quite decent and luxurious, anyone can find peace there. Staff was very supportive. Ambience and the view was so calm and pleasant

We went as a group of 8-9 families. It was a lovely experience. Superb location, with very nice rooms. Very supportive staff. Rooms were clean and washrooms were absolutely spic and span. We had 7- 8 cars, and the staff helped to park these. Food was very nice with a lot for variety. Definitely recommend.

This was a stark contrast to the high standards we have come to expect from your establishment. 2. **Inadequate Room Service and Toiletries**: The room service was slow and unresponsive. Essential toiletries were often missing or not replenished, which added to our frustration. 3. **Misbehavior and Abusive Language**: We experienced several instances of misbehavior and abusive language from the staff, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. 4. **Intimidation and Unprofessional Conduct by the Manager**: Upon raising these concerns, the manager's behavior was particularly alarming. Instead of addressing our complaints, he intimidated us and boasted about his authority as the owner of the hotel. To make matters worse, he even suggested we share an alcoholic drink with him after serving us, which we found highly inappropriate and unprofessional. As a regular customer, I am deeply saddened by this drastic change in the quality of service and the unprofessional conduct of your staff, especially the manager. This experience has not only marred our recent stay but has also made us reconsider our future patronage of your hotel. I urge you to address these issues promptly and take appropriate actions

Very conveniently located on dharampur kasauli road, the property is right on road despite the rooms being at an elevation give you sufficient solace to be in the calmness of mountains. Rooms are well appointed and washrooms are spotless clean. They have a restaurant on the first floor which is by the kitchen and another dining place on the rooftop. Rooftop sitting includes indoor and outdoors, also are the highlight of the property. The food is really very good, beyond expectations. Not only the food is good but is very reasonably priced. We happened to have Chicken, mutton, fish and some vegetarian options and I can certainly vouch each was delicious in it's own. Rooms with balcony provide great view of the mountains across.

Awesome experience, clean rooms, clean roof top, very well maintained. The food is also very tasty and presentable. The service staff is very polite and helpful especially VIKAS. He was always with us whenever we wanted something he was always there. He never let us wait for anything.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Casa Hotel in Kasauli, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, everything seemed to go wrong. Firstly, the manager at the reception was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. He seemed disinterested in providing any kind of assistance and was rude when asked simple questions. It felt like they were doing us a favor by allowing us to stay there. Furthermore, the room we were assigned was poorly maintained washroom tap was not working properly. The AC was not working also. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the food at the hotel's restaurant was below average. The quality of the dishes was subpar. We ended up having to eat out most of the time to avoid the disappointment. Next day me and my family were suffered stomach problems... (18/05/2024)
