Only good point about this hotel is the location. Everything else does not ever deserve 1 star

One of the worst food of my life in a restaurant. Even they don't provided glass. Moreover their housekeeping staff carried our own glasses with them in morning. ( We remembered those near Dharampur while coming back). This restaurant should be closed by governing bodies. No sense at all by reception staff.

Pathetic food and receptions senior person has no sense of how to deal with customer. We order fresh lime water and believe me, this was the worst I had in my life. Totally tasteless. And when we told the billing person he said we are not making it 1st time. Don't know how to deal with customer

Worst experience. Manager have no etiquettes how to talk in right way. We went there with our family, chose to take some rest and have some food, we just sit there and discussing about food to order, i told my husband im going to washroom you guys will ordr d food, but He didn't allowed to use washroom asking for ordr first. I use the washroom and he started to screeem, we left the restaurant didn't ordr anything. Very pathetic behaviour of staff Do not waste ur hard earned money.

The hotel staff was very very pathetic and manager was very rude and In morning their transformer got boom and in bathroom gyesers got blasted and charger got blasted and ceiling broke after all there behaviour was very rude and they where even not sorry for there service. Poor service

Wonderful experience. Safe and secure. Beautiful views you can see from your room especially sunrise. The staff was so humble. Peaceful environment. Highly recommended.

Visited there for 2023-24 new year celebrations. Nice location with sufficient parking space which is rare in kasauli.
