If there was an option to rate the property in negative I would have given -5. In photos, it seems like the property is spacious but it's the complete opposite. The geysers were not working the regulators of the fan were not working. There were light cut-offs for long periods of time. The menu pricing is very high according to the quantity provided. The view of the property was bad because it is blocked by the trees and the poor location. I will never recommend anyone to stay here.

Very well managed property with great service and staff. We did not have to compromise on any aspect. Rooms were clean and spacious, all required amenities were present and staff took care of every requirement and was very humble. Would definitely recommend this property.

My recent stay at a villa booked through Airbnb was unfortunately marred by a series of disappointing experiences. From the lack of responsiveness from the assigned agents to the restrictive policies on kitchen access, our overall impression of this accommodation fell far short of our expectations. To begin with, communication with the three assigned agents was abysmal. Despite our attempts to reach out to them through messages, none of them responded promptly. We had to wait a whole day for a reply, and even then, the responses were delayed and lacking in helpful information. Phone calls went unanswered, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated. Upon arrival at the villa, we were dismayed to discover that access to the kitchen was restricted. As a family with young children, we had specifically chosen a villa to have the convenience of cooking our own meals. However, our request to use the kitchen to prepare a simple meal like Maggi noodles for our children was denied, with the excuse of conserving gas bills. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing or communicated to us before our arrival, which left us feeling deceived and restricted in our ability to cater to our family's needs. The lack of kitchen access severely impacted our overall experience, as we were forced to rely on outside dining options, which were not always convenient or suitable for our children. It's disheartening when an essential amenity like a kitchen, which is often a selling point for vacation rentals, is denied without proper justification or prior notice. While the physical aspects of the villa were satisfactory, including the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, these positive attributes were overshadowed by the disappointing service and restrictive policies. The lack of responsiveness from the agents and the denied access to the kitchen created an unpleasant and frustrating experience that diminished the overall value of our stay. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this villa based on my experience. The poor communication, delayed responses, and restricted access to essential amenities like the kitchen significantly impacted the quality of our stay. As a guest, it is crucial to have reliable and responsive agents and access to advertised amenities. Unfortunately, this particular Airbnb rental failed to meet these basic expectations, leading to a disappointing and unsatisfactory stay.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Summer House Villa in Kasauli and I must say, it was one of the worst accommodations I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, we were met with nothing but problems and a complete lack of assistance from the caretaker, Sanjeev. Sanjeev's behavior was beyond unacceptable. He was consistently rude, dismissive, and exhibited a complete lack of professionalism. It seemed as though any questions or requests we had were a burden to him. I have never encountered such a hostile and unwelcoming attitude from a caretaker before, which greatly soured our stay from the very beginning. To make matters worse, there were numerous issues with the villa itself. The water taps were not functioning properly, which meant that we had to struggle with intermittent water supply throughout our entire stay. Additionally, the geyser was completely non-functional, leaving us without hot water for the entirety of our visit. In terms of assistance, Stay Vista was of no help at all. Despite being the booking platform we used, they failed to provide any sort of support or compensation for the numerous issues we faced. It was incredibly disappointing to see a company disregard the concerns and inconvenience of their guests so completely. Furthermore, the villa charges an exorbitant extra fee for waste disposal. This addition to the already expensive accommodation was completely unjustified and left a sour taste in our mouths. Paying a significant amount of money for a luxury villa and then being charged extra for the most basic services is simply unacceptable and completely unjustifiable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Summer House Villa in Kasauli to anyone. The combination of a rude and unhelpful caretaker, multiple maintenance issues, and a complete lack of support from Stay Vista makes this accommodation a nightmare to endure. Spare yourself the disappointment and frustration, and look for alternative options in the area.

The property is located at secluded and nature property which is added advantage. Staff is courteous and very helpful. The food quality and taste is good and overall experience is amazing.

It was a very pleasant and nice stay. The staff Sanjeev help us in all the possible ways and made our trip enjoyable. Would surely visit the property once again. Keep it up

Amazing place with amazing views. Sameer Singh and his team were so helpful. Chef at the property made best meals and arranged barbecue night for us. Really appreciate hospitality and will definitely visit again.

Nice and comfortable property ! Food served is great and their staff have been really good, special mention to Dharmender, Sanjeev, Mohan Negi and Sunil. This is a perfect place for getaway
