Awesomeness redefined!!! The location is about 30 minutes from Shimla mall rd. that's a huge relief in itself since what you call Shimla now is just a very very crowded town on an incline. That's it! But this property, Flag House Resort is something else. It's on it own , away from the crowds, noise and pollution and it's a stand alone property. From the moment you enter , it's just a warm welcome all the way. Whether the food, the rooms, the service , the amenities, everything seems to be just right. The service definitely needs a shoutout! Each and every member of their staff is just too polite and courteous. No is not a word easily heard there.|Was there end of March for 3 nights with family but will go back very soon for at least a week. Must Try Food: Wheat Momos, Chole Bhature, Aloo Paratha with mint chuney, and Dreamland pudding. One can also try paragliding which is near by to the property.

I was sceptical when I read such good reviews on trip advisor. I thought them to be fake purchased ones. ||However, when I started communicating with the front office incharge, Shikha ji, I started believing the reviews. After we reached, to our surprise, some pleasant faces including the caretaker Siyaram ji gave a warm welcome to us. I visited with my 9yr old and my old parents, so small gestures meant alot to me. ||Super spacious clean rooms and open sitting area and garden are a charm. As far as food and service is considered, you can relish super delicious Ghar ka khana served with a smile. Well maintained play zone with fussball table pool table, carrom, badminton racquets for kids and adults.||Overall, 5 star hospitality although they are just three star. Thankyou again to the whole staff of the flag house resort. Hats off. Will surely recommend and visit in future.

Spacious rooms, good food and affordable rates. The scenery and view are really nice and famous tourist spots are at a short distance from the resort. The staff was also really helpful and always available for assistance. The experience of checking in and out was very streamlined.

Owner is very rude. Chill dude, you have a resort, you're not owner of oberoi clarkes. Better to become a broker. I recently stayed at Flag House Resort, and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The overall experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the check-in process was disorganized and inefficient, leading to a long wait despite having a reservation.The room itself was underwhelming--poorly cleaned and in need of maintenance. The bed was uncomfortable, and the amenities were outdated. The bathroom had mold in the shower, and the hot water was inconsistent.Additionally, the service was lacking. Staff were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to guests' concerns. The on-site dining options were overpriced and the quality of the food was mediocre at best.Overall, Flag House Resort did not provide the relaxing getaway I had hoped for. I would not recommend this resort based on my experience.

Serene quiet airy resort with abundance of nature around with cool breeze and temperature during June. Excellent trek paths and walkways. Safe and secure property. Spacious and comfortable and well ventilated rooms with a balcony having uninterrupted view of the mountains. Sumptuous tasty and healthy eating meals.

Stayed here twice within a month. First with my wife then with the whole family. I Recommend this place to anyone who wants to cherish family time. * Tasty homely food.
