Location Of This Hotel Is Good! Food Is Very Good As Well! We Booked Family Suite & Premium Double Bedrooms! Family Suite Was Beautiful and Spacious But Premium Rooms Were Very Very Small! Lobby Area, Gallery was Very Conjusted as The Price We Paid was Equivalent Of Some Luxurious Hotel! Staff Was Rude & Non-Smiling Only Restaurant Staff Was Good! Reception Doesn't Look Friendly at All! Only Reason To Stay Is Location, Family Suite Room & Food! Other Things Need To Improve A Lot!

We were 5 adults and 3 kids and asked for 2 rooms with extra mattress in each room. We were offered 2500+ 500 extra for extra mattress, and finally closed the deal at 5000. At night when we asked for extra mattress, they argued that 2 rooms with extra mattress means just one mattress and not 2 mattress. We paid them 300 extra for the mattresses which meant nothing as we spent more than 2k+ on food but the way they backtracked from their statement found us perplexed. Warning for others to be EXTRA CLEAR with them while booking. Alao their Centrally Heating control do not work and heated our rooms beyond requirement even after stopping from the controls. Food and restaurant was good. Location is also good.

Beware before making booking... They will not honor the bookings even if you have made advance payment. Because they might get the rooms booked on higher price and they force you to accept rooms in some other hotels which is substandard. Atleast you will be at mercy to either accept refund or stay at the hotel they suggest. They are fraud. Especially doing such kind of fraud things in holy land for petty selfish reasons.

Nice staff foods are good ,served boy mr Ravi good boy very helpful person and good in service , food quality is very good,maa jawala temple is infront or in walking distance bus station taxi station is also in walking distance, good location safe

Never go for this hotel. Hotel promised the higher category rooms at the time of booking, but they gave those rooms to someone on higher prices. The rooms which they gave instead were very bad, claustrophobic, conjusted and dingy. Bed was too small, even 2 people can't sleep on it properly.

This place is a must if you are visiting jwalaji the staff is so cooperative,polite and helpful will make your stay even more amazing. The rooms were very clean ,all the amenities were provided,the food quality is amazing

Very poor service and rude owner. Rooms are in very bad condition and far different from what is shown in picture. Hygiene is very bad in the room and they stink.
