Stars and Windsongs

I had an amazing stay at Stars and Windsongs! The views were absolutely breathtaking -- waking up to the sunrise over the mountains was unforgettable. The rooms were perfectly situated to take full advantage of the scenery. The food was another highlight: every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether it was the breakfast buffet or the a la carte dinner, each dish exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax with a view and indulge in great food!

As we drove around the winding roads, up the mountains, outer ranges of the Himalayas, we took a steep side turn to a signboard Stars and Windsongs. And there it stood, a lovely chalet, winds howling, wind chimes dancing into serene sounds, nature all around you, surrounded from every side with mountains. Large rooms with breathtaking views from every window, balcony to sit in deep thoughts, cool nights to star gaze, delectable cuisine, farm fresh, ably supporting the local village economy, self sufficient rainwater harvesting, solar , even the smallest lamp is solar powered, very attentive and helpful staff, with just 8 rooms they get my . As my feet wanders amongst pine trees on nearby curved paths, hikes to Jaitak forts, and visit to Renukaji lake, soothes you. Short stay but am sure that this place will pull me back. Thank you Prashant & Akansha for this wonderful stay, it was so calming and therapeutic.

Stars & Windsongs salute the true essence of the hills...the soothing quite ambience of the resort with its boutique rooms , dining and garden are the finest quality!! Chefs are cooking one of the top cuisines here ...local food with excellent service . The owner and his family are excellent hosts...the surrounding village area with its history is such an awesome experience...I had the best loveliest time with group of friends on a trip with WOW club .

We took a short family break over the Holi weekend, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. First, we were captivated by the stunning location, then charmed by the warm-hearted owners, followed by the impeccable service--and finally, completely won over by the exceptional food.||Having travelled extensively both in India and abroad, I can confidently say the culinary experience here stands out and sets a new benchmark. The staff's hospitality made us feel like part of their family, which added a special touch to our stay.||We only wish we had a little more time to soak it all in!

We took small family break and it turned out to be one of our best stay. I am not a heavy eater but the food was so good that I could not resist. The staff and their service is amazing. No words can do justice to this stunning place, situated right in the beautiful valley of Shivalik range. Let me start right from the booking experience. The host was very responsive and shared all relevant details of the route, location right when we booked the place. The resort is easily accessible by road, with breathtaking view of the valley, has very spacious rooms (4 easily) and the food is excellent (recommend to take all inclusive). The staff is very helpful and polite and was always available for any help. Given the place Nahan is still new to tourism, there are ample of things that you can do and the host was kind enough to share a detailed itinerary of things that we could do. Not just that, the staff volunteered to take us to the nearby village and the sunset points, which is at a walkable distance. Overall our experience was 10/10 and this was a perfect break that we were looking for with family and friends. Will visit again, for sure.

We had the most incredible stay at this resort nestled in the hill area! The breathtaking views from our room were simply stunning, and the serene surroundings made us feel miles away from the chaos of city life. But what truly made our stay special was the amazing hospitality of the staff. Thank you!

Superb location, good food and warm service - just the right combination for a short break. We had a great time at this resort and the owner gave his own personal touch to make us feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a break from Delhi.
