The Himalayan Alpine Resort Manali

When we came here, we found out that this hotel is 9km away from Manali. We were okay with it at first, but to reach the hotel, there is a very steep slope that you have to ride on. The view from the balcony is really beautiful, and the rooms are very spacious as well. But sadly those were the only two things which we liked about this hotel. The poori we ate had the smell of old and used oil and the tea we drank was watery. The heater, which we thought was included with the room; had to be paid 500 separately. There are no security cameras in any of the hallways and there are no guards on the premises. The second floor of the hotel has a hand flush but the first floor doesn't. Rather, it has a self spraying jet in the toilet to clean yourself, which is new for us to use, but it would've been better if we were informed about it earlier. The Wi-Fi is limited only to the first floor and doesn't reach to the second floor. The staff here is polite, but unresponsive. Sometimes, we'd have to repeat the same question again because they wouldn't answer us the first time, or when we asked something like a few spare towels, they would say that they would give it to us, but they would forget to do so.

Good hotel. Room was good, with proper heated and insulated one. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good. Stayed for 3day only, so can't say much about service. No complain..

Best place to stay in manali and beautiful view. Food is also delicious.everyday you will get different varieties.. staff is also very helpful and good behaviour staff..

One of the best hotels of manali at reasonable price. The service was good, all the staff members are cooperative. And the view of mountains from the balcony is stunning. Must recommended.

Best property in affordable price. Everything about the hotel like location,food ,staff everything was fine. Highly recommend if you are coming with your loved ones.

The hotel location is amazing. The hotel manager Mr. Narendra Thakur is very supportive and nice person. They are maintaining cleanliness and amazing food quality. Pure veg and preferred for Jain food.
