Treebo Ortus Residency

Stayed for two nights in premium rooms at 3rd Floor , with a view to snow peaks of Dhauladhar Range . Good & peaceful Place , away from the city traffic & cacophony, yet easily approachable. Staff was very courteous & accommodated our requests.

Very best hotel, our stay was memorable here. Staff is very polite and well behaved. Food was very good and tasty. Mr. Ashok and his team attended us very well they were always ready to adjust as per our request what was logically possible ofcourse. Thanks for the hospitality. We are looking forward to visit again.

Very bad experience here, they showed something else and they gave something different, had a very bad experience here, you guys should close your hotel

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they even bought me a uk plug adaptor as I'd brought the wrong one with me! They arranged a taxi driver for us and gave ideas on local trips. As the hotel is quite small we ordered breakfast rather than it being a buffet style, but there was lots of choice and they arranged an early pre ordered breakfast on the days we went to the cricket. It was nice to be away from the more tourist-y McLeod Ganj and the hotel restaurant food was varied and delicious. The rooms were clean and functional, we felt very fortunate to have stumbled on this little gem! I would definitely recommend it!

Room service was Good, Hi-speed Wifi. View of Himalayas from balcony was awesome . Breakfast options are very limited compared to 3 star or 4 star hotels. Only 2 breakfast options they rotate - Aloo paratha and Puri Bhaji. With that sandwich, bread butter jam, omelette and Tea. Rest everything is chargeable. For breakfast they don't have buffet, they will serve as per guest. Food prepared was oily, you need to specifically tell them about your food constraints. Petrol pump just next to hotel. Limited restaurant options near hotel. Local bus stop at sheela chowk - walking distance. Advice to Management/Treebo - 1. Increase breakfast options. 2. Keep check on food quality - nowadays people expect less oily leas spicy food.

I stayed for 2 nights. Its oveerated as per reviews i saw on google.. Standard rooms are very small. They give very limited food items in complimentary breakfast e.g. tea is there but coffee is chargable. Food quality is good but very limited options. Towels were old. They should purchase fresh new towels. Furnitures in my room were kind of old. View from hotel is good. You can see dhuladhar mountain very clearly. Overall an average stay experience. They need to improve room service. Shuld improve breakfast options. Staff behaved nicely. They helped us with cab service and guided us where to go. Its not in the main market so bit isolated. There was construction goin on so felt a bit disturbing.

Rooms are good and clean, staff service is good, the only cons is location it is 3 km before from main Dharamshala market and there is lack of local transport.

Our stay at Treebo Trend Ortus was great with exceptional customer service and food. The purpose of our stay was visiting Dharamshala for the test match between India and England. The Hotel provided a great base for reaching HPCA ground as It was only a 15 minute taxi ride to the ground. I would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere near HPCA. The views from all our balconies was something special, It's not everyday you get the opportunity to wake up near the himalayas. All the staff members went out their way to make our stay comfortable with the food cooked to a high standard with plenty of variety. It's within walking distance to a supermarket, atm and local market and overall the area felt safe. Comfortable beds, AC and bathroom facilities did not disappoint either. We would certainly return and cannot recommend the hotel enough.
