Overall, everything was nice the rooms, location, staff's behaviour. What they lacked: * The room allotted to us wasn't prepared. * The next day in the morning the quantity of water in the washroom was bare minimum, and after a while there was no water at all. * The staff wasn't available in the morning for a while, and many were not aware how to resolve the water issue.

Had a very bad experience , even after booking in advance having been told that the rooms are available on our desire dates they suddenly called after 10 days saying that someone else has already booked all the rooms before we contacted the hotel, additionally there are far better accommodation one can find in Hamirpur those who atleast know about there daily services which they provide So don't waste your time and money on this 0 star hotel The food, hospitality everything is too low to describe

Smelly ambience..food is good .. washrooms are hell .too dirty.. service is too time consuming.. you have to wait a lot for order..even for a tea...

We went at tea time, everything was costly and stale. Too many mosquitos also. Pathetic experience.

Food was good but condition of bathrooms was pathetic stinking

The place is good but I found little expensive as the food portion was little less as per the price. Washroom was not as expected. But overall it is good as the staff was nice and genuine... things can be improved as it is a good place to sit for family.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Food quality was bad. Service man Vickey had rough attitude towards customer. Whatever be we were asking he was saying no to every order. Although Rohit-Manager was good n trying to arrange the things. In bathrooms water taps were leaking and bedsheets n quilt were not clean.

Very Bad Service also staff behaviour very bad. Bacis items not available in room Bucket soap Towel ,TV not working. Service time long .morning we ordered tea 7AM but served 8.45 . As oer my overbation don't stay at here all person. I am surprised how to approved by HP Turisiom department these type hotels .
