Hotel Heera Heights

I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Heera Height. Initially, I confirmed my booking over the phone, and the staff assured me that a room would be available for my stay. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that there was no room available and that they had never spoken to me on the phone. This complete lack of communication and professionalism caused a great deal of inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

This hotel is literally at the heights. You have to climb up a mountain with a steep slope to reach here from the bus stand. Receptionist and exterior are good but rooms are old and not well maintained. Bathroom fittings not working properly. Sometimes there is water shortage issue.

Beautiful location. Kind and helpful staff. Big spacious rooms, but they need to be maintained properly along with hygiene. Good food and prompt service.

Good hotel. Rooms need renovation. Location is excellent.

Spoiled my trip by booking this hotel -Location was good - Rooms were Pathetic . -washroom was very dirty -Food was average -Room Service was not good.

Built at a very quite, peaceful & green place. The service is very quick & good. The rooms are spacious as well as super tidy & smells fresh.
