Had a wonderful experience with my family and team at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Truly appreciate the effort the staff put into making our time so enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We have just returned from our trip and found this property a fantastic choice for stay in Kasauli. We stayed in a premium category Room, the view from the room was amazing. The room was well furnished and clean. There was a balcony attached to the room. It was pretty cold outside but the room heating was excellent and we were very comfortable when indoors. The complimentary breakfast was very good. As the number of guests in the hotel during our stay was less, they did not have a buffet spread, but the restaurant offered us a wide range of choices and almost everything one can have in a buffet. The view from the terrace restaurant is also fantastic. There are several other view points in the hotel from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the hills around and a wonderful sunset. The staff were very helpful and smiling. |Overall, I can highly recommend this hotel for stay in Kasauli based on our experience.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing 2nd time stay at Rosetum Kasauli. The staff was courteous and attentive. The ambiance was peaceful, and the property was well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience--highly recommended. I had called for my phone charger in the room itself. I remembered it after coming out from there. I immediately called there. I was attended to properly and my charger was couriered to me. Thank you Reception staff & Sanjeev singh !

We had an incredible stay at this hotel thanks to their outstanding service. We had a smooth check in.Housekeeping was impeccable.Kitchen staff was very cooperative, providing masala free food to members having health issues. We all had a great time in swimming pool strategically placed for privacy.I would love to return and highly recommend this place for exceptional service.

We had gone for a weekend stay at Rosetum, Kasauli and it was a fantastic experience. The food and the hospitality was wonderful. I had mistakenly left my charger in the hotel room post check-out and realised once I had reached home. When I called the hotel, the manager was prompt to get the same checked and it was delivered to me in the next 2 days. This level of sincerity and service truly set our experience apart. Grateful for their thoughtfulness and efficiency.

A Nightmare Stay at Rosetum Hotel, Kasauli We stayed at Rosetum Hotel, Kasauli last night, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The hotel staff was shockingly uncooperative and indifferent to guest concerns. Most of the rooms seemed to be occupied by unruly individuals who created chaos all night--hooting, shouting, and trying to cause panic as if some kind of attack was underway. Despite multiple complaints, no action was taken. It almost felt like the hotel staff was complicit or turning a blind eye to the situation. There was no sense of safety or hospitality for genuine guests. I would strongly advise families and peaceful travelers to avoid this place. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing trip.

Beautiful destination and scrumptious food well spacious neat and clean rooms. The staff is too friendly and courteous. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed alot.Thanks Team Rosetum.
