Had an amazing time at WOW BnB Kasauli! The property is cozy, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views. The staff was friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. A perfect spot to relax and unwind in the hills!

Extremely Disappointing Experience Our stay at this hotel completely ruined our trip to Kasauli. The staff was shockingly inhospitable and lacked basic courtesy. They were unwilling to accommodate even the simplest requests, saying "no" to practically everything we asked for. To make matters worse, the hotel lacked basic services-there wasn't even drinking water provided. For the price we paid, this level of service was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Save yourself the trouble and choose a better option!

Terrible Service, Not Worth It Our stay was a nightmare. The staff was rude and uncooperative, making us feel unwelcome from the start. They refused to help with the smallest requests, and the lack of basic amenities like complimentary water was shocking. Definitely not a place I'd ever visit again.
