Casa Belvedere Luxury Villas

We were initially a bit skeptical about visiting this property after reading some recent reviews mentioning bad behavior from the manager. However, upon arriving, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us with all our requests. The property itself was spotless, and they proudly mentioned that a recent deep cleaning had been done. The cleanliness and hospitality more than made up for our initial concerns. Additionally, the food was exceptional -- we tried both North Indian and Continental dishes, and each meal was amazing. We had originally booked the property for just one night, but we were so impressed with our experience that we ended up extending our stay for another night. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again!

We booked 3 BHK Villa for 26th Oct 2024 and regret booking this property. The Manager is very rude and behaved in an arrogant way. He said no to all our requests. The villa is untidy and full of dust everywhere. They have added wrong misleading pictures of some other property to attract customers but in real some pictures are fake. There's dust on sofa, bed, tables, kitchen etc. if this continues you will not get repeat customers. I request all the viewers to not book this property and prevent all the trouble as there are better properties.

I recently visited the hills and had an amazing time at this place. The breathtaking views, peaceful atmosphere, and welcoming staff made my experience unforgettable. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I enjoyed exploring the surrounding nature trails and taking in the fresh mountain air. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the hills. Can't wait to visit again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Perch villa and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Upon entering the property, I was greeted by a clean and well-maintained environment. The space was thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and functionality. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. From check-in to check-out, they were attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the team for making my visit truly unforgettable.

Firstly, it's not a kids friendly place. Secondly, since we've been a Mahindra Holidays customer since a decade now, we just couldn't absorb their dry & non-enthusiastic service quality. Thirdly, its always about money..1st clear all payments....it doesn't matter whether the customer is comfortable or not. Fourthly, food is absolutely bad. Fifthly, while they claim it to be a family place...there was a gang of adult boys...running around without any top & the hotel guys seemed to be ok with it. All in all, not the kind of experience that will make me or my family go back..!!

This place provides the perfect balance of luxury, comfort ad convenience. I highly recommend this place.
