Shimla Havens Resorts

We had a pleasant stay and we cherish the time spent in this resort. Accommodation was excellent meeting the star hotels standards. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. Ambience was excellent and we had a warm welcome. Rooms were tidy and comfortable as we booked a family suite for 4 days. Food options were limited but manageable. Overall it was a lovely stay.

The resort was amazing. Location of the property was too good, Away from all the chaos. The Hotel staff was very friendly. Really had an amazing experience at Shimla Havens. The food was really mouth watering and delicious. The hotel staff was available 24x7 for our all the needs. Thanks to them for making my stay a memorable one. The resort also had playing areas where you can play basketball, carrom, table tennis and there was a gym area too.

We recently stayed at Shimla Havens Resort and had an absolutely delightful experience. 1. Best thing which make me cherish moments about my stay at shimla havens resort is warm welcome with smile by Deepika , kapil and Manohar. 2. While we arrive for dinner bhanu pratap sing manager of the resort make all comfortable to have dinner by warm welcome. Food taste is awesome. Varieties and quantity is good... Neither too much nor too less. 3. Gym needs little improvement with equipment. 4. As a customer what we need is comfortable stay, cleanliness, approachable behaviour and accountability. All these are made sure it is provided and customer is kept happy during their trip by all staff members. Thanks to all staf who served food at table.

I have booked an Deluxe room and my overall experience here was very good. Lush green hill view from room is beautiful. A calm place to enjoy family holiday. Food is also nice. Only concern about the resort is situated at lower summer hill and narrow roads leads down to property. However hotel staff are very cooperative and Mr. Kapil has guided us to reach the hotel comfortable.

Overall a good experience.... A very good view and a pleasant stay.....but there r two things I wanna mention d resort is a deeper inside so those who don't mind driving difficult roads it's the best one!!!... but I noticed the service at buffet is only given for people who have accompanied wi the males and especially North Indians... and at d buffet place there is a person who only ask South Indians for room no to confirm about the package this is something that to be really changed after all everybody r Indians and same!!!.... Otherwise it's a very good place good.... Exotic location!!!a very pleasant stay... and all d services like towels and extra beds will be brought as soon as we ask ...they r at finger tips wen it comes to service... I liked the place!!!

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and aided us a lot throughout the stay. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our valley view room was very good, and the view of the sloping pine forest was extremely beautiful.

We had a pleasant stay at the property. The staff is very cordial and ensures to make your stay comfortable. Food options are great too. Getting to the property is challenging especially with your own vehicle but they ensure to arrange a driver for pick and drop. I highly recommend this property.
