Hotel Royal Orchard Manali

My family had a 10 day tour in various places and we stayed at many such hotels but I swear this was the best hotel we had ever stayed at. The staff and the services were literally wholesome the facilities there were really the best they would do everything needed within minutes they have a restaurant downstairs and the food there was delicious i would recommend please go stay at the hotel if you want to visit manali it's really safe and family friendly

The hotel is so bad and the staff was pathetic. They don't clean the rooms in the dirty washroom and the staff was pathetic. They are crooks and they abuse their customers when they leave. They call them gandgi or so many bad words.

Hotel owner behaviour is very bad and rude. Food is very bad and unhygeinic No bed sheets in the room Room service is not available Room is not clean There is no water facility, no heater. Electrcity is not also available

The manager of the hotel was so humble and polite that they help us and care for us. I would like to share our experiences my friends get sick they bought the medicine and continue connected to us till midnight and ask abt present health. Actually in short as a human he is so generous and kind.

Something is seriously wrong with this hotel's owner (Rajat ) as he is so arrogant and a big tippler. He doesn't care his guests. No one will come to clean your rooms, food is third class, no privacy in washrooms as they are opened from windows, no actions on any complaint by this clown Rajat and his other boozer team members. Just don't go there if you don't want to spoil your vacations.

Worst hotel in whole Manali.Unprofessional manager and staff.The worst room Maintainanance.Transparent Glasses in the room ,the window glass is not closed the manager knows that but he hide it.The manager rude behaviour this word also less to explain his behaviour .He behaves like street rowdy worst fellow,cheap fellow he does not know how to behave with customers when we asked for clean ness they said will do but not done.Night time from the unclosed window cold breeze came we even not able to sit in the room when we asked about that he behave like rowdy he used abused words.When we decide to go to another hotel he thretened my driver to take out the luggage also. Very worst situation I faced in that hotel .we are waiting outside hotel in cold with 2 littile kids and my family at night 11pm to get out of that hotel he is vey worst. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANY ONE.

Worst hotel, never stay to this hotel. Behaviour of manager is very rude. Even if you are reading this year after but I grantee the hotel will never change and the staff behaviour is never changed. Very manipulative never ever suggest anyone to stay here. Rajat owner/manager don't believe him. I never recommend to anyone. Even who booked from package don't stay here. Never trust on his words. Bahut chutiya bnaya hamko. Food was very poor quality.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal Orchard and I must say that it was an amazing experience. The staff were some of the best I have ever encountered and truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The ambience of the cafe was great and made for a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy my meals. Speaking of which, the food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Prithiviraj and PK, who were both outstanding and really made me feel welcomed. We even had some fun matches of table tennis together. One of the best things about this hotel is the beautiful river that runs behind it. The soothing sound of the water flowing all night long was incredibly peaceful and made for a great night's sleep. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Royal Orchard for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff, food, and ambience of the hotel were all top-notch and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
