Treetops Cottage

We had one of the best holidays ever at Treetops Cottage. The 2.5 Corner House has amazing views -- snow-clad mountains in front, orchard trees to the side, and the Naggar castle at a distance on the back (this from first floor room/balcony). Heavenly! ||It's a beautiful home with all amenities thoughtfully provided, including a functional kitchen with electric appliances. Very convenient and cosy setup! ||The owner Chandan and family are very gracious and welcoming, and proactive in offering local guidance. Bobby and team are quick to respond to our daily needs always with a smile. Thank You! ||Highly recommend, we are already planning our next visit.

Beautiful cottage with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, tastefully decorated. The location was excellent, and the accommodations were lovely. The garden was beautiful and perfect for a bonfire. Beautiful scenery, ideal for walking, and an excellent location for visiting. A very beautiful and spacious cottage, we will certainly be going back. The food was great, and the staff especially Bobby was very efficient in providing the best service.

Treetops surely makes your experience of Himalayan stay memorable with delightful service, cleanliness, nice food. The property has positive vibes with carefully designed room interior, making your stay very pleasant. You wake up to the sweet chirping and bird songs having a view of historical Naggar castle and a scenic Himalayan mountain range. Highlight of our Himachal tour was the 2 days stay at The Treetops Cottage, Naggar. The property is owned, designed and constructed by Mr. Chandan Sharma and his wife. Meticulously planned and executed in the interior designing of all rooms, Cottages and apartments. Stone and wooden architecture gives you rustic, and homely native feeling. All rooms are equipped with all the necessary stuffs. All the details are well taken care off. All the rooms are heated to make your stay comfortable in the cold weather. Plush and spacious rooms make the stay peaceful. Always happy to serve staff members are the bonus. Special mention of Bobby, the highly energetic and ever smiling person who ls there all the time to take care of your needs. Location is very much accessible from the main market area and all the famous spots (The Naggar Castle and many other temples) are at walkable distance from the property. Must stay spot whenever you are in Naggar

Ideally located with pristine views of the Himalayas, comfortable rooms with adequate heating, helpful staff always eager to assist you with any issues. All in all a very pleasant and satisfying experience. Would love to visit the hotel again in future.

The facility is well designed and excellently done. The interiors were top class. Chandan Sharma & his team led by Bobby went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food, service, housekeeping and the location was par excellence. Look forward to returning here again and wish Chandan with more success

A warm and friendly place among the mountains Although I say it was a warm and friendly place, it was the warm and friendly people behind it that make it so! We stayed at the Corner house (by Tree Tops Cottages) and the Penthouse (same premises) for almost a week during January 2025, along with the extended family - a group of 8 people in total. The idea was to stay at a decent place, take it slow, watch the mountains, cosy up in a blanket while the winter chill of the Himalayas surrounds us, eat good food and laze around. And certainly, this property gave us all that and some more! First and foremost- the HOSTS! Chandan Sharma ji and his wife are certainly five star rated hosts. Right from the day we booked over AirBnB to the time we checked out of their place, they made sure we felt at home. In fact, Chandan ji was travelling himself when we visited, but made sure that bhabhiji (his wife) stayed back to oversee the arrangements for us. And she was lovely to talk to and made sure small things were looked after for us. We had some small chat over tea and she told us stories about the place. It was easy to sense how dearly they look after their guests and most of all their property. The property is surrounded by their own Apple orchards, which were dry due to the winter , but I'm sure will be a great attraction if someone visits during apple season. An important part of this HOST-TEAM was their lovely dog Dodo! He really made our stay special. Haven't seen a dog this calm and peaceful in a long time. He loved to get smothered with love and was always eager for belly rubs. I can say that he is officially the tourist guide at treetops cottage, accompanying every guest when they step out for a walk. He was right ahead of us, leading the way, every time we went towards the Naggar Castle, and was with us all the way to the Murlidhar Krishna Temple as well. In fact, the second time we went, we decided to simply follow him, and believe me he actually led us through so many short cuts which we would not have found without him. The guy is so cute, that he will majestically walk ahead of you and every few steps will wait for you to catch up and then carry on, knowing perfectly well where you would usually want go as a tourist. And during all this, keeping us safe from other dogs, who simply bowed down to respect LORD DODO In fact, seems that Chandan ji and Dodo are quite well known in the town and it was obvious for the locals to know that we were staying at Tree Tops cottage, since we were accompanied by Dodo. The property is tastefully designed and very well kept. The hosts do not have the mentality of putting in cheap stuff just because it's anyway going to be rented. Every piece of furniture, every artefact is quality stuff that you would like to have in a HOME. The air conditioning was bang on, with heating and cooling functions, so no need of the flimsy coil heaters that you get in most places during the winters. The cleaning staff was meticulous and did a very good job every single day. No complaints there. Bobby, their representative at the property is a humble and a very soft spoken guy who will go out of the way to serve the guests. We saw him running up and down the stairs, serving every room right from 7AM until 11PM, keeping the same energy all throughout. Chef Rakesh cooked such delicious, simple meals, that even if someone wanted to skip a meal, ended up eating some! The Chhole Puri were out of the world, so were the French fries and the mix veg subzi. We literally did not have any single thing to complain about. It felt like a real "VACATION" in a long time, since we didn't run around for sightseeings. We could enjoy the place, soak in the beauty around and make the best of our time and money well spent on the stay. We wish Chandan ji all the very best and hope we get to stay there another time soon in future.

Very pleasant stay with comfort at all levels. Good food service and location. We were able to just walk to many interesting places in and around.Good views and hospitality by staff . Would like to visit again
