Rating: (4/5) Had an amazing stay at WowStayz The Lodge in McLeodganj! The location is peaceful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the service was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Only feedback would be the lack of snack options in the kitchen -- having some quick bites available would've been perfect, especially during late evenings. Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the hills!

We had a very comfortable stay here for seven nights. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had plenty of space and a nice view from the balcony. Our room was next to reception so was noisy at times during the evening. However it is an ideal location for the centre of Dharamkot, which is a 5-10 minute walk up a flight of steps. Rohit, one of the staff in reception was really helpful and friendly and went out of his way to help us. Thank you.

Overall great experience. Location of the hotel is very peaceful but they do not serve food in the rooms and also very limited food snacks menu. Lunch is mostly unavailable that is also a drawback. Otherwise rooms were good. Fans were very slow, need to be repaired. We booked 2 super deluxe rooms but 1 room was smaller than the other. I think this should not happen as we paid same for both the rooms.

Although i planned to stay at Dharamkot village for about a month I made an advanced 4 days reservation in order to see if I am satisfied with the hotel. I upgraded my room to the best room at 4th floor with terrace + view. Modern room with very nice bathroom and soft bed sheet. I extended my stay at the Lodge so at all I stayed there 23 night. |one thing to take into consideration. when going by foot to the main path of the village you have to climb more than 75 stairs. for me the stairs were my daily sport as I missed the gym at home.

Very much enjoyed staying here. Rooms are spacious, the whole architecture is beautiful. Staff try to accommodate where possible and to help out as needed. Would come back.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The view of the mountains is majestic and the road that leads to this property is gorgeous and difficult to drive on in equal proportion( if you are not accustomed to drive on the narrow serpentine roads of the hills, it would be better to park your car either in the parking in mcleodganj or the parking outside bhagsunag temple and hire a taxi to the property). The food they serve is good and there are different classes of rooms available along with an option of cottages. They have parking available at the hotel side which is an added advantage. It would take 20 to 30 minutes for someone to walk to the main market of mcleodganj from the property and the property is in close proximity to upper bhagsunag area. The staff and particularly the receptionist(Mr Amit) are very courteous.
