I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and was very satisfied with my experience. From the front desk to the dining room staff, I noticed how helpful and attentive everyone was, going out of their way to take care of guests. The location is quiet and yet, close to all the major streets and markets near the main chowk. The breakfast buffet has good choices, from fruits, oatmeal and sausage and bacon, to idli, parathas and puri. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the usual amenities. The best part for me was the water pressure in the shower, and how quickly hot water came to the tap, minimizing water wastage. Many properties in mountainous areas like McLeodganj don't have good water pressure in bathrooms, and this was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel looks new and spotless. Morning yoga with Vikrant was a special bonus. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Our stay at Hotel WelcomHeritage Natraj was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding hospitality and service. The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the market area, making it convenient for exploring the surroundings. The parking space is excellent and very convenient, ensuring a hassle-free experience for guests traveling by car. A special mention to PRATIBHA from housekeeping, who ensured our room was spotless and well-maintained. Her efficiency was remarkable--within a minute of calling the front desk, she was there to assist. Her warm behavior and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable. It's rare to find such dedication, and she truly stood out. The restaurant Nirvana (the hotel's restaurant) was equally impressive, not only providing excellent service but also helping us plan our day with local recommendations. Their hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable, with prompt service and a genuine willingness to assist. The combination of great location, convenient parking, traditional elegance, and modern comfort makes this hotel a fantastic place to stay. Overall, our experience was beyond expectations, and we highly recommend Hotel WelcomHeritage Natraj for its top-notch service and incredible staff! (Just to mention the staff member there KULDEEP. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Natraj Heritage and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The moment I stepped into the lobby I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was immaculately clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 6 "A great property and great location" I stayed at WelcomHeritage Natraj with my family of 6. The hotel is pristine and very cosy and conveniently located in the middle of Mcleodganj market. The staff is very polite and food is excellent. We were complementary upgraded from standard room to deluxe room and were also offered high tea on both evenings of stay as complementary. Breakfast was included in the package. I would definitely stay again in this hotel when I visit Mcleodganj again

So I had a chess tournament in Kangra and I stayed in this hotel. The hotel was really nice and I stayed there for like 3 nights. The service was really quick and they were nice to us. While checking in they greeted us very nicely and we had a grant welcome. The view was also nice and we could see the sunshine and the sunset from our room. To be honest the stay was really good and the rooms were really good.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms. The location. The food. The staff. Everything is top notch. The view from premium rooms is amazing but not so much from the other rooms. Its recently renovated and overlooks the mall road. Worth the stay!

If I could I would rate this property 7 stars, its so good! View from here is spectacular, food so good and hospitality and room service is so comfortable! Loved it.

What a beautiful property to stay at , staff is extremely humble and helpful. Nirvana the restaurant inside the hotel is very tasty.
