Such a lovely place away from the noise and chaos of lower India. You can really see lots of birds and the bonfire at night under the starry sky contributes to the peaceful atmosphere. There is even a small kitchen to prepare food to your needs. We'd definitely come back again.

A quiet and serene place with the best view of the Dhauladhars. The staff is very helpful and all facilities are present including a washing machine. I stayed for a month and it was the best experience for me. You get a very good view of the mountains,and nearby villages. You can walk down to Dharamkot and cab service is also available. Perfect place to stay if you want some quite place to spend your time in the mountains.

Nice place for a secluded vacation. Home cooked meal available. Good for workations as well,, equipped with goodbWiFi. Very good pizza hut nearby.

A beautiful property away from the small town of Dharamkot - great starting point for many treks including Triund. The rooms were nicely kept and quite comfortable. Ashish was a great host who was always on chat ready to help. The person managing the property, Pawan, was amazing - he cooked great food, arranged for cabs and most importantly helped me retrieve my lost luggage that was misplaced at the bus stand. I would highly recommend this place.

I had the most amazing time at Birdhouse Retreat in Gallu, Dharamshala! This property is nestled in an incredibly peaceful site, and the views from the rooms were absolutely breathtaking. It felt like being amidst the clouds, making it a perfect choice for anyone seeking peace and tranquillity in the lap of nature. The rooms were clean; hot water was available 24x7; the staff were polite and helpful and provided with fresh, home-like food. The property itself is beautiful, and it's a paradise for nature lovers, with great treks around the area and stunning sunsets to witness. The best part is that the area isn't touristy, so if you're looking for true serenity, this property is the ideal choice.

We had an amazing stay. The property is worth visiting because of where it is situated. It just made us felt relaxed. The boys (especially Pawan) at property will always be there to help you and are very sweet. They made sure they gave us suggestions on places/cafes we must visit. They even cooked us amazing food through out the day. The owner - Ashish also was always there to make us feel comfortable and fulfilled all our wishes He was just there to fulfill everything that we threw at him. Also, the cakery is worth a visit. Anukriti just puts all her love in the cakes and breads that she bakes. They made us felt Home for sure. Special mention to Bhurji - He is my Love.
