Dont take 5 star reviews on face value. You get 10 to 20% off if you post a 5 star review. Everything outside the property is fantastic. But on the inside its just bad. Where do I start: 1. Dirty linens 2. Poor service 3. Broken bed 4. Owner's lack of owership of any responsibility 5. Not even okay food We booked for 2 days, arrived at 12 in the night of first day of the booking, we left the next morning because of all the above 5 issues. Dont even bother booking this one. Its just bad experience. The views from the stay are great because they are outside the room. I am sure if that had been under owner's control, owner would have ruined that experience as well.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend retreat, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was courteous, professional, and always available to help. The amenities were fantastic--especially the spa and pool, which were incredibly relaxing. The attention to detail in everything, from room service to housekeeping, was impressive. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of luxury and warmth. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Best Customer Service I've Ever Experienced If I could give this hotel more than five stars, I would! The service was beyond exceptional. The staff was not only friendly but also genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. They remembered my preferences, offered great local recommendations, and ensured I was comfortable at all times. BEWARE! FRAUD ALERT - AVOID SNOW BISCUIT HOMESTAY, DHARAMSHALA I have no idea how this place has positive reviews--maybe the earlier guests got lucky, but whoever is handling it now is a complete fraud. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We paid a significant amount for a confirmed booking, only to be forced into canceling it under suspicious and dishonest circumstances. They promised a refund--then flat-out refused it. No explanations, no accountability--just arrogance and lies. Karan, the staff member who handled our booking, was extremely rude and dismissive. After repeated follow-ups, he stopped responding and showed zero intention of resolving the issue. We have now filed a police complaint against both the owners and Karan in hopes of recovering our money. Snow Biscuit is a scam disguised as a homestay. They prey on tourists, take your money, and then ghost you when it matters. Do yourself a favor--stay far away. This place is an embarrassment to Dharamshala's tourism and a disgrace to the concept of hospitality.

We got cheated. I strongly recommend not to book this facility. We had paid 50% advance amount and the booking was confirmed from 19th April to 26th April We then decided not to reside here for some reason our money was promised to be returned after deducting the GST amount. Till date the money hasnt been received and we are being fooled by the owner. Such a shame to hotel industry, we have filed a case against this misbehavior since its a punishable offense. We want our money back.

Snow biscuit villa is a beautiful and peaceful stay in the mountains. Clean rooms, great mountains views, tasty food and very helpful staff. Perfect for a relaxing gateway.

Extremely disappointing experience. We had booked the Karan property for a group of 11 girls, but the host cancelled the booking at the last moment without any valid reason and did not return our money. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no cooperation, and the tone used was very rude and unprofessional. This behavior is completely unacceptable and feels like fraud. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid this.
