Regenta Inn Luxinna Heights Mcleodganj

One of the best stay at Bhagsu. Near and walking distance to Bhagsu water fall, triund trek starting point and known places.Very clean hotel. Staff is supportive. Food is amazing. Breakfast has lots of variety. Recommend this hotel for everyone.

Regenta Inn is a relatively new property located around 500 mts from Bhagsu Nag Temple. It is located near the taxi as well as the bus stand so that makes it accessible. It is on located on a slope so walking up may not be very easy for elderly (reachable by car). The staff were courteous and helpful. We requested for early check-in and were provided the same. The staff also arranged for a 2-Wheeler for us upon request. We had a mountain view balcony room. Although the view was not very beautiful but the occasional glance made it sweet. We didn't try the buffet breakfast but the dinner tasted delicious. Overall a good place to stay.

Highly Disappointed and Frustrated with Regenta Inn McLeodganj - Booking Cancellation Nightmare!|I am writing this review with immense disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with Regenta Inn McLeodganj. I had made a one-day booking for a stay from May 11th to May 12th and even made an advance payment of 3000 on May 6th using a scanner code provided by their contact number, +9130076300.||Despite making the payment, I never received any acknowledgement or confirmation of my booking, even after multiple requests. This lack of professionalism was the first red flag.||However, due to the prevailing conditions in my hometown, Jammu, I had to urgently cancel my booking. I contacted their front desk manager (same contact number, +9130076300) repeatedly through calls and text messages to request the cancellation. To my dismay, despite my persistent efforts, the booking has still not been cancelled.||This level of negligence and lack of responsiveness is utterly unacceptable. Not only did they fail to provide a booking confirmation after receiving payment, but they are also completely unresponsive to a cancellation request made well in advance. Valuable time is being wasted, and my simple request is being ignored.||As a customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism and efficiency, especially when it comes to handling payments and cancellations. Regenta Inn McLeodganj has failed miserably on both fronts.||Unless my booking is immediately cancelled and the refund is processed promptly, I will be compelled to share my extremely negative experience on all social media platforms to warn other potential guests.||I strongly advise anyone considering booking at Regenta Inn McLeodganj to exercise extreme caution. Their lack of communication and inefficient handling of bookings and cancellations is deeply concerning. I hope the management takes immediate action to rectify this situation and improve their customer service.

Mr. Sachin is very helpful. I was also impressed by Mr. Raj from reception, who handled the check-in and check-out process very quickly. The food was delicious, especially the Special Mutton dish which was amazing. The restaurant's ambience and service were very good. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Great Experience at Regenta inn Luxinna Heights Hotel as Hotel is located near to Bhagsu Fall one can easily plan morning trekking and local market sight seeing. Room interiors are preety good with good luxurious furniture.

Overall experience was excellent. Hotel staff was helpful, polite. Food was delicious. I would recommend who so ever will come to Bhagsunag (Mcleodganj) do experience.|Hotel is in the Centre of all places to visit which is quiet easy for tourist.

Old property, not maintained. We had frequent problems with hitter not functioning properly. Restaurant service was very good. Polite and ready to serve your demands staff.
