OYO S.N Resort

This hotel is about as high as you can get in the Himalayan foothills. It is rurally located and amenities are limited. The staff is attentive and understand that Westerners have different expectations, but they don't anticipate your needs (so ask). You will notice that they don't have air condition, but that isn't a problem because it is very cool (we stayed in July and needed blankets).

I was here for a trip with my friends. Here the rooms have a beautiful view with a sunset point. The food is good. Staff service is very slow. This place is budget friendly and decent if you are not looking for a luxury stay. Worth the price and a great deal.

Visited in June 2019, first of all found difficulty in searching hotel. Rooms has been given ground floor even after requesting many times if they could help us to give a room on top floors, even for senior citizen parents, they keep saying no rooms is available, we need rooms on top floors as they have their restaurant at top floor only. When we arrive there is heavy rain, they don't have even umbrellas to get guest covered from rain and even don't have proper staff. After making a call to get our rooms ready they have not prepared room till we reach there even we reach there at 2 pm. Food quality is very poor and very less variety if you choose buffet. No towels were provided in rooms( we booked 3 rooms through Bharat booking). Bharat booking says that they have tie up with SN RESORT but for this resort if you booked through any tour and travels company they will consider you otherwise. Try avoid these type of tour agency as well as resorts.

I visited this hotel with my family.||||When we arrived, no one had checked in to this hotel.||||We actually took 2 rooms in 1st floor (below ground level).||Doors were thin and easily breakable. Not one room was in good condition. ||||Bathrooms, Bed, bedsheets none of them were clean :(||Had to find a different hotel late night, as my parents were not happy to stay in this hotel.||||Room Phone was not working, when we requested no response from the hotel fellow.

I enjoyed my stay there. The staff were really helpful and rooms were clean. The view from balcony was also amazing.The hotel restaurant food was also good.

Very bad hospitality from all the staff. They did not attend or help us with any of our request... The food is considerably better. But I will personally not come here again cus of the bad room conditions and rude replies of the staff.

One of the best hotel located at the awesome geolocation in Dharamshala. The hotel has the best view of the valley. Every evening the hotel witness the beautiful view of sunset. We can enjoy the scenic view from the balcony with leisure. I have given 5 stars for the beautiful view and service hotel provides. The hotel management should look into providing more food options to the guest(i.e. other than staple food of Himachal) especially for the guest who are on long vacation in himachal. You can get resort pic on hotel booking website so just adding the pics of scenic view from hotel.

Very courteous staff. Very good service etc. Very good food. Very small rooms. Very bad access to floors. No phone avaible in rooms to call for service. No great view of mountains or valley from room.
