I had a thoroughly disappointing experience during my stay at this property. The facilities were subpar, leaving much to be desired. The cleanliness was poor, and there was no room service to address any concerns. Towels provided were old and not properly sanitized, adding to the discomfort. The bathroom was pitifully old-fashioned, equipped only with two small soaps as toiletries. The balcony door didn't lock properly, and the broken net invited mosquitoes into the room, making the stay unpleasant. Adding to the woes, there was no air conditioning, which made the room unbearably hot. While there was a kettle available, it lacked essential accompaniments like tea dips or coffee powder. Overall, the property felt outdated and resembled a lodge rather than a proper accommodation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained stay.

Hotel was good to stay, it's good for families also. It is in the Temple road market so main square and Dalai Lama Temple was near by. This was first time I took hotel in market and I did not regret. Staff was friendly and helping. They do not have food service as of now as their restaurant is getting renovated. I will recommend to take rooms with balcony view coz it's really good. I just faced issue with TV, I complaint for it and it got resolved for some time but it was not working properly. I don't know problem was with TV or signal in set top box.

Overall, the property is old and poorly maintained, resembling more of a lodge than a suitable place for accommodation. I would not recommend this property for anyone seeking comfort or a good experience.

Very bad experience staying in this hotel. Only one thing is good: location is very close to Main Square, rest everything was so bad. There is no restaurant in the hotel. There was not telephone in the rooms, we have to go to the reception if we need any assistance. Mirror in our room was damaged. The toilet seat's cover was broken. Although, the staff was helpful. Being travelling with a 10 months old child, we preferred a hotel with restaurant, but there was not any restaurant in this hotel, the pictures was telling that there is a restaurant. Please think twice while booking this property. The manager was very greedy, he tried to get more money from us. He told us that the tarrifs has been increased and you have to pay extra before check-in. I had booked 4-5 days prior. Thanks to agoda customer care team, they helped us in this. But the manager's behaviour was totally frustrating.

During my solo trip, I spent three memorable days at this hotel. Its proximity to the Ropeway made it a convenient choice. The room exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, spaciousness, and comprehensive amenities. However, the real highlight was the balcony, offering stunning views of the valley, especially at sunset. The attentive staff enhanced my experience, going the extra mile by serving meals directly to my room, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking breathtaking valley views. There's something truly special about sitting alone on the balcony, savoring a cup of tea, and immersing oneself in the beauty of nature.

Clean room, very helpful and soft spoken staff. Great location, right in the middle of mall road, close to major attractions. Good views.

The location is great. At first from outside it doesn't look much but it's a really nice hotel with a great mountain view from the balcony and windows. Hospitality is great, staff is super sweet & supportive. Only con is the wifi as it doesn't have proper range inside rooms even though the router is clipped just outside the room. And the restaurant also doesn't offer much apart from breakfast but you will get plenty of food options outside.
