I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room was spotless, spacious, and equipped I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a great sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. Breakfast and dinner was so tasty. I also appreciated the prompt room service and how attentive the staff were to my requests. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next trip!

Recently stayed at this property and the experience was good. Location is outstanding, rooms are clean and tidy. Only thing I didn't appreciate was the food as they don't keep much options, but it can be ignored as other things were very good.

Visited this hotel in January. We booked a premium room with balcony. But had to degrade the room catagory as it was very small, not even big enough to accommodate the baggage. Overall service and food is average. The only positive thing about the hotel is the view from its back side.

Recently visited the hotel overall experience was very good. Room service, room view was fabulous dinner breakfast was too good. We wish to stay more here but unfortunately our booking was for one night. Next tym we will visit the same hotel again loved very much. Pathetic service. Degraded food quality and arrogant staff. Horrible experience. The owner promised all rooms with mountain view whereas we only got two rooms. The manager and the staff are not at all cooperative. Very unprofessional behaviour. Do not go for room booking with dinner. Dinner is horrible.

We stayed here between 22 feb to 24 which booked by our company through Awara trippy- Office tour. My experience is below some things are weird at Hotel mentioned below Food- 1-Repeat food provided all the time. ( It seems, common gravy in Sabji was used) 2- in sweets, there were no dryfruits in Suji ka Halwa & Saivaiya. 2-There were no option for Chapati. Water Used & unused glass were not segregated - Not hygeine. Hotel staff Only two persons of hotel staff were managing more than 50 people. It seems they they are not able to handle the guest. I told one of them that manpower is less, & he answered " Manpower yha nhi apki Zyada hain" Mean they are not good in managing the things. I suggest, before book Tour & Travel, make sure discuss, what food & menu they will provide you day wise.

One of the worst hotels to be in Dharamshala. The staff's were very rude,even after calling for multiple times they didn't come to the room to see what was the problem. They didn't even provide us with drinking water. After multiple calls to the reception then they provided us with the towel. very disappoint with the service also. Even a 2 star hotel provides all these basics amenities. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone.!!!
