Wonderful location for this historic hotel. Great view of the mountains and a wonderful sunset view. The property has lovely, well maintained lawns perfect for families. Beautiful setting for romantic or cozy tea ceremonies and dinners.||Prashant and his team at the resort made sure we had everything we needed and very most kind and considerate of all our requirements. The staff is always welcoming and helpful and I can't recommend them enough! Antique furniture in room was interesting and the room had wonderful, large windows.||The tea ceremony at sunset was a definite highlight of the trip. The beautiful colors of sunset and the peaks remains in memory. Also food at lunch/dinner and breakfast was wonderful. I enjoyed the khatta meat and beetroot kebabs immensely along with korma and momos. Chef did a great job !||The best compliment was from the better half when she said - I'd love to come back again!

Everything was fabulous! We greatly enjoyed the location, food, amazing hospitality and gorgeous views. Truly a wonderful experience. A great setting, in acres of landscape grounds, with sunset views to die for. The staff were warm and welcoming and the food deliciously fresh every evening, with the slightly longer than usual wait for it well worth it. Our spacious room carried the colonial theme in dark wood and fittings. Some little points of detail would have elevated the levels of luxury, but overall a comfortable, welcoming and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful property in Dharamshala with a spectacular view! The staff and service were exceptional each and everyone was so hospitable. The food was excellent with a great mix of options including the local specialty thali. Not to forget a great place for bird watching too!

We had a destination wedding at the resort. The property has heritage value. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. The property has a very picturesque location. We had our stage set up against valley as backdrop. The food was also good. Rooms are very spacious.

Scenic location and extremely good service. We went with infant 8months. They provide infant food too.. our stay was very comfortable. Ishaan's service was great.. and all staffs were good too. Clean space.. customise service as per your requirement. Preferable with family of kids..

The location is beautiful and the properties also nice, but the staff is pathetic. We had a destination wedding last week. They could not handle it. They were doing the cost cutting all the time. Their Manager Prashant very unprofessional person we were from the Girls side and when we were welcoming the Varaat, he told us to vacate the rooms as he had given those rooms to some other people because he was confused and the other guests were already there. When we told it is not the time as we were welcoming The Baraat, and when we were busy doing that, he opened our rooms with the master keys, and shifted five rooms, luggage in one room, rather dumped our luggage in one room . We misplaced many things, and it was a big harassment for all of us on the top of all he was misbehaving with our guests. When Baraat came back after the Ferras All the Food stalls Were picked up, and the Varaat was not attended properly. Housekeeping staff was pathetic, even the soiled glasses used by the other customers were not picked up for three days. When asked for Water. The hotel staff said they don't have glasses. My suggestion to all. Never arrange a wedding over there as they cannot handle it. It was a horrible experience with them. Another staff member Deeksha just kept saying sorry for every fault of theirs. They made our most precious function into a nightmare, we are carrying very bad memories of this place, very unprofessional staff.
