I has an excellent stay at Anupam Resorts Naddi. Prompt Room Service, very tasty food. Very polite and respectful behaviour by staff. Nice location. No issues with hot water, WiFi, and parking. I would love to give them 10 stars if allowed. Thank you DLS and Anupam resorts for making my holiday so wonderful.

Rooms - I had informed 1hr before my checkin time bt even then our roomswere not cleaned and after we reached they cleaned out rooms..it's big room bt maintenance is not good. Food- we stayed for 2 nights 1dinner 1BF was bad nothing was available..they had kitchen staff leave the place so tht was the issue...bt after all the feedback they rectified it and gave amazing food..both dinner and BF were superb..overall I am satisfied with the stay.. location is amazing

Hi my name is gaurav and I am currently visiting Dharamshala with 30 pax and staying at anupam resort. The hotel is very clean and aesthetic. The valley View room is the best sunset spot in the city. The property and the staff are very Friendly and helping. Food is also very great.

I had a disappointing experience at Anupam Resort. The night we checked in around 10 PM, we requested blankets and water from the reception, but they never arrived. Despite multiple calls, no one picked up. Eventually, we had to go down to the reception ourselves, only to be told that room service stops at 11 PM--something that was never mentioned earlier. The rooms were also quite congested, making the stay uncomfortable. The dining experience was equally underwhelming, as the dinner menu was the same for both nights. To make matters worse, there was no hot water for nearly an hour in the morning, making it an inconvenient and unpleasant start to the day. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, poor service, and cramped rooms made our stay far from pleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and good hospitality.

We (group of friends) recently spent two nights at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The food quality needs significant improvement, as we were served the same menu for the entire duration of our stay. Furthermore, we had to request water bottles and extra blankets multiple times, but our requests went unfulfilled. When we visited the reception at 11:30 pm, we were shocked to find no one attending to us. We were informed that all services cease at 11 pm, which is unacceptable for a hotel that should provide 24/7 service. As a result, our needs went unattended that night. To make matters worse, we faced issues with hot water and even had to contend with no water supply for bathing at one point in the morning. Also there are some non-functional electrical sockets too Considering these shortcomings, I would advise caution to prospective guests before booking this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The food was extremely disappointing; the meals were bland, poorly prepared, and lacked variety. The dining area itself felt unclean, which only added to the overall negative impression. As for the service, it was equally subpar. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive, and it took far too long to address even the simplest requests. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality food and customer service.
