Spent 3 beautiful days at Alt Life Luxe, Upper Bhagsu in their King Room with Jacuzzi and Balcony View -- and it was nothing short of magical! The Jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after exploring McLeodganj, and the balcony view added such a peaceful charm to the whole stay. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff and service were incredibly warm, responsive, and professional. From the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant -- everyone ensured we had a comfortable, memorable stay. The room itself was top-notch: clean, spacious, and filled with cozy luxury. The Jacuzzi added that perfect touch of indulgence after a long day of sightseeing.||The staff was courteous and attentive, always available to help with a smile. The overall service and hotel experience were fantastic -- very well-managed and guest-focused.||To anyone planning a peaceful getaway in the hills, this place is a must. Rooftop cafeteria is extremely nice and very well structured. Food was good. Room's are nice and spacious, washroom's are equipped with high tech system. Hotel staff is so welcoming and well mannered. Our experience was really nice and we would like to visit again in future as well. Thanks to the entire staff for making our stay wonderful!!

I have booked this hotel thinking this is a luxe property and will get an amazing service. But due to war like situation happening in India and its border areas, the flights got cancelled and airlines initiated a refund/date change option. But this so called luxe property picked up call once and said will talk to our team and get back to you. Calling them from last 5-6days but they are not answering my calls. I atleast expected not a refund though but they could atleast helped with date change option. Such a ignorant behaviour in business and a luxe property with multiple branches in dharamshala city of HP. This was not expected.

It's little bit of a steep climb. But once you reach it's not beautiful rooms with an amazing view. The staffs are very helpful and courteous. Vipin was very helpful. We had little issues on the day we arrived with our can, he came down personally in his car and took us up. Overall had a great experience in this amazing place.

*Not easily reachable, Lack of road signage to locate the hotel, *There should be a bucket/mug in the bathroom, because while setting the shower mixer even for one person during bath, the hot water runs out and the other person has to wait to get hot water. *Drinking Water service in the room is also not satisfactory. *There were only two tea bags even in cold weather in such an expensive hotel. If you need it a second time you will have to call and wait indefinitely. *Needs improvement. *Breakfast was good and satisfying. Thanks n regards.

Nice boutique hotel. Has car parking for about 8-10 cars. A bit of a steep climb to reach it. Rooms are comfortable, but the walls are thin, and God help if you get some noisy neighbours. Rooftop is the best place to hang out. Food is excellent, both in quality and quantity served. Staff and service are excellent,

Wonderful stay with my family. Staff is very curtious and made us feel very comfortable. Rooms were news and modern. Views the rooms were breathtaking. It is a bit far from the main center and for travelling you will have to depend on cabs which is also very easily available. Overall I would recommend this place to all.
