Imperial Heights Dharamshala

We had good stay at the Hotel . The service was very good. Rahul and his colleagues looked after our needs. Our daily breakfast had good choices. We had one dinner with friends , which was one of the best in The town . The chef made it to our taste and the service was great.

Nice Restaurant and Family Hotel for visitors around the world. The pictorial beauty of Khaniyara in the sublime Dhauladhar Mountains make it a very special place.

It's great hotel with mesmerizing view. Our stay was wonderful. It's situated in a quite place. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast nd dinner was also good. I'll definitely suggest to stay there if looking for a nice place to stay with mesmerizing view.

Good location, away from city. Calm and peaceful stayed at the hotel for 2days. Rooms are huge, staff is very helpful. Just ensure to book good view rooms as there are some which lack nice view. Washrooms are average, miss hot water option in sink in the room which we stayed, I guess other room had that covered. Food is average, portions served in decent quantity, could strive to make it more better.

The place requires serious interior renovation. I suggest the owner Mr. Rana to stay in his rooms. He visits the lobby and garden and that place is good. That's why he thinks his hotel is the best. Better not be over complacent. The only 2 good things are the location and staff behaviour. The food tasted good but the service sucked. The room facilities are below standard. Bathroom very basics. Geyser is old with minimum water flow. TV not working. I stayed in the best room available i.e. family suite of 8000/night. But the facilities are like basic homestays. Not value for money. Prepare to listen to NO whenever you ask for something.
