Worst experience ever . We went there to eat food. We waited for 15 minutes. No one was coming to take the order. When we asked them themselves they said it would take 25 minutes. Their behavior was very rude.

Amazing swimming experience! They have a 4-5 feet pool which gets cleaned every second day. It also has a small kid-friendly pool. You can choose from accessories like life jackets and tubes. There are a few chairs and tables to keep your stuff and relax by the pool. However, you will need to manage with the changing room and washroom. They are not well kept. Alternatively, you can use the washroom on the first floor of the hotel. I haven't been to the rooms but have tried the cafe's food. French fries and tea were tasty and the staff is really nice. You can also get your food served by the poolside. The hotel's location and views are very pretty and peaceful. Lastly, you can enjoy all of this at reasonable prices. :D

Good hotel coprative staff tasty food

On our way to Dharmshala we stopped at this hotel to eat something...ordered ginger tea & veg Maggie....staff was lazy ,took more than 25 mints to bring our order....we were shocked to see blackish fungus kind of a thing on the cups, dust and hair on the plate...saw the kitchen staff using dirty cloth for wiping the plate...we didn't want any kinda stomach infection so didn't eat anything there... pathetic experience at a restaurant that looked good from outside... it's rightly said "looks can be deceiving" ....was so annoyed that forgot to click pictures

A good budget Hotel/resort with all basic amenities. Good location Good food Kind and professional staff Good view Pool available Ample parking Cottages River side.. Peaceful

I'll just call it pathetic I've never seen bedsheets and pillow in worse condition than the ones in this hotel and they are charging 3500 for such pathetic service dude get some new bedsheets and pillow covers one can literally get a little luxurious place at this price

A good place to stay apart from the hustle of the city. Quiet and peaceful with the best scenic views. Loved the place highly recommendable . Staff were responsive and quite generous.

Nice facility and nice arrangements. Good staff and nice hospitality. Although it been a long time that I went in hotel for something. But my last experience and after that all people has given me positive about this hotel. Located out still near to main city. Good food n service that's all what I have heard from everyone.not Good for functions n family gatherings. This Hotel is a nice place to stay. It's near from the city. That makes the location nice and easy to reach. Rooms are nice not excellent. Service is average as per the hotel standards. It's a nice option.
