All elements were just amazing - location + service + facility + food + hospitality + everything. If you are looking for an amazing experience with your family and friends this property is highly recommended. And an amazing shout out to the owners of the Property they are such amazing people - we were given an amazing welcome and they went out of the way to arrange for an Christmas celebration. They even immediately arranged for a new music system and board games for our entertainment during our stay.

I recently stayed at Villa Vivendi managed by StayVista in Dharamshala to celebrate my parents' 30th wedding anniversary, and the experience was deeply disappointing. Despite claims of a 5-star experience, the service was far from professional. 1. Unprofessional Staff * The assigned cook had absolutely no skills. Even basic items like tea and Maggi were substandard. In the morning, we discovered the cook was serving parathas bought from a local stall and simply frying them, raising serious concerns about food hygiene, especially with infants in our group. * The staff lacked basic hospitality and etiquette. They didn't greet us, maintain cleanliness, or show warmth. They had no knowledge of the area and ignored basic needs like providing tissues or keeping the property tidy. * Despite multiple assurances from StayVista representatives, no replacement staff was provided, forcing us to go out for meals--even at night, which was unsafe and stressful. 2. Broken Promises * After realizing the poor service, we were promised a new cook, but this promise was never fulfilled. * Later, we were informed that the staff had been recently replaced. However, this critical detail was not disclosed at the time of booking, depriving us of the opportunity to make an informed decision. 3. Property Issues * The doors didn't close properly, taps were broken, and there was no hot water. * Ongoing construction near the property caused constant noise and a sewage smell throughout our stay. Aaa Conclusion Despite constant complaints and arguments lasting until December 4th noon, all we were offered was a 30% discount. This gesture doesn't compensate for the stress, inconvenience, and, most importantly, the ruined celebration of my parents' anniversary. StayVista has utterly failed to deliver the comfort and professionalism it advertises. This experience turned what should have been a relaxing family getaway into a frustrating ordeal. I strongly advise families, particularly those traveling with infants or elderly members, to avoid this property until StayVista addresses its service and property issues. Misleading promises and poor standards like this should not go unchecked.

A little piece of heaven nestled in the hills. We went for a weekend but after visiting Villa Vivendi- the family really thought we could have spent a few more days in lap of luxury but alas we had to get back to real world. But oh boy - we fell in love with the place - after a long time- we spent sometime in authentic place. Away from the city noise and the crowds, the woody villa is a pure joy . Spacious with airy rooms and excellent services - especially the yummy food. Besides it is just few minutes away from Radisson and from the paragliding spot. And despite the cold weather - the family felt warm- the manager arranged for a nice borne fire . The food was good and the snacks even better. It is an ideal get away - for a short break. Our family really enjoyed the luxury while feeling at home. The good part of Dharamshala is that it is not that crowded- so you can drive down to nearby places . The manager arranged for cab and can arrange for number for paragliding .

We recently stayed at this villa... modern and nicely built. We really enjoyed our stay. One of the reasons were that chef was great. He made the food which was delicious. Highly recommended.
