One of the best hotels in the town. It's located in the lap of nature. The view of Dholadhar mountains from the balcony is awesome. The rooms and washroom are so clean and hygienic. The food which they provide is really good quality and fresh. They offer room service also. All the staff is so welcoming and they are always ready to help you. If anyone is planning to visit Dharamshala D Canal it is highly recommended to stay and eat.

Rooms and Location is very good BUT hotel staff (Manager Vivek and Chef) is not good and their service is also pathetic. Hotel Manager Vivek is very rude and start arguing without any reason. Incident 1 with Vivek - > We called at reception around 12:00 AM regarding water bottle no one picked up the call and when we went down to get the water and asked Vivek to provide the water bottle he gave us one water bottle when we asked for more as we were around 6 people then Vivek's reply - "ek to mai neend se uthke aapko paani de rha hu mere p ek hi bottle h m kaha or kaha se lau". I was like seriously it's not my job to arrange all these things. It's your duty you are not doing any 'Ehsaan' on me and he started arguing.. Incident 2 with Vivek -> One night before we confirmed for next morning breakfast but when we asked for break fast he told us that you did not confirmed and now it will take time and again he started arguing. This hotel chef is also very ill-mannered. When we were discussing with Vivek, Chef is coming in the discussion and THREATING us that we are local here don't talk to us like this and he started saying that you guys doing breakfast for 3-3 hours this should not be the case. As per him we should just order one dish eat it and done. If we booked for breakfast(timing 8am - 10am) then firstly how it become 3hrs. Secondly we are paying for it he has no rights to use such type of words. These two people are pathetic and their behaviour can spoil your mood any time.

Rooms were good and hygienic, the food was not at all good. It's location was good as it is only 15mins away from the market. Their manager was also cooperative.

I stayed for two days and I would like to share my incredible experience here that hospitality, staff was excellent. I enjoyed the view as the property is in lapse of the himlayas. I would recommmend to go with this property..
