The property manager was courteous and professional, ensuring our comfort throughout. The hotel management and services were spot-on -- everything was smooth, timely, and perfectly arranged. The restaurant staff deserve a special mention too; the food was delicious, and service was prompt and warm. The room itself was a total delight -- clean, cozy, and the Jacuzzi added that perfect touch of relaxation amidst the mountains. We had a wonderful stay at Mandara Tree Villa. The hospitality was truly impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Pankaj, who was extremely cooperative and kind. Despite our late arrival around 11 PM, he ensured we were comfortable and even arranged food for us, which we really appreciated after a long journey.||||The property itself is serene and beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful retreat in the midst of nature. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Dharamshala looking for comfort, great service, and warm hospitality.

It was a beautiful experience with Jacuzzi room. Stunning location, view and room. Most beautiful thing "the interior of the villa" outstanding. They have taken care of small things and made the property attractive and ofcourse the staff is excellent.

Mandara Tree Villa... I started planning my summer holiday much in advance as I am from South India and was quite excited to book it in time.. But, I am sure no one expected an unexpected situation of war. We had plans to travel to Dharamshala, Mcleodganj and Manali for a week in the June first week. Right now, not very sure if we should risk travelling to up North we decided to cancel our trip and tried calling the hotel management. But they have been extremely DISRESPECTFUL and Of ZERO HELP to even provide me a credit note. Refund tho door ki baat hai...They want me to wait for any situation like that to arise to get my Credit Note also. They kept telling me that my booking is under non cancellation and non refund. Yes, it may be!! But, every other hotel has agreed to give me my refund keeping the sensitivity of the present situation in mind. I am tired of following up with these people. Please do not trust them. They are extremely rude and arrogant. I would not recommend Echor Hotel group to anyone in my lifetime.

Mandara Tree Villa is in the most stunning location - the views from our room were incredibly beautiful, and we loved sitting on our balcony in golden hour - and enjoying the jacuzzi on the balcony! The food was all delicious - the local kangri style chicken curry was a standout! The service was perfect. A wonderful stay!

Our stay at Echor Mandara Dharamshala was an absolutely beautiful experience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered a serene ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway.||The standout feature, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A special mention to Manager Pankaj Kaushal, 2IC Prince Thakur, Manish from the F&B team, Nikesh, and Nitin, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable.||The hotel also organized transportation for us to explore the surrounding areas, which added to the convenience and enjoyment of our trip.||I highly recommend Echor Mandara Dharamshala to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, excellent service, and unforgettable experiences.

Rooms are good and spacious. Food and service is also fine. Location of the property is away from city so it can be good or bad depending on personal choice. Their washrooms are pain with deficiencies like long long time for hot water to show up , to dirty towels, slippery tiles
