Echor Mandara Tree Villa Dharamshala

A Fantastic Stay - Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Echor Mandara Tree Villa Dharamshala, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities.The hotel's facilities were top-notch.The location was perfect. Overall, my stay at Echor Mandara Tree Villa Dharamshala was exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dharamshala , and I look forward to returning!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The location was perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. The design and aesthetics of the villa were stunning, with attention to every detail. Everything was spotless, and the amenities provided made the stay so comfortable. Extreamly bad experience with this property. I booked through Agoda where it was mentioned that I have to pay at property which was the main reason I booked property via agoda but as soon as I booked it again and again I started getting messages and calls to pay right away to the level that I felt sick of it.. To avoid such calls and messages I told the person messaging me that I will pay for that he asked me to pay full amount.. my booking was amounted to Rs. 61000/- for which i told I would not be able to pay full amount.. On requesting a lot I was told to pay Rs 10000/- My mother in law got very ill and I could not reach the property. I told to cancel the booking 4 days in advance to which the person from hotel (Vinod Kumar) told me that the booking cannot be canceled on last minute and he said it was a last minute no show. How can a 4 day advance cancelation be coined as no show or last minute cancelation? Vinod was very very rude. He did not even listen to a reason which was actually genuine and he just kept on saying do whatever but this is last minute cancelation and I will not get the refund. I also told him to adjust the amount in 1 room only and cancel the 2nd room as I convinced one of my friend to use the room but he rudely denied to that as well.. I also asked if part payment can be refunded, he denied to that as well.. Guys I seriously lost Rs 61000/- for a stay which never happed due to such an immature and irresponsible hotel staff. Is this what is expected from a person from hospitality industry? What service will this kind of staff provide to the customer once the customer reaches to the property? Genuinely very bad experience. Please think before making a reservation to this hotel..

Overall a very cozy and apt property for a stay in a mountain valley. Clean premises , polite staff. The highlight was everything ordered from their restaurant was delicious from biryani to chilli potato to pasta. Our stay was delightful

No doubt this is the most beautiful property in dharamshala for vacation. The hotel is very beautiful. Aesthetics are eye catching . Service is very good and also the staff is very co operative.

The hotel is clean. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. They prepared separately our child's meal as per our liking throughout our stay. All facilities were functional. The view from the balcony was mesmerizing. Special thanks to Prince and their kitchen staff for taking extra care of us and our baby's need.

Just checked out of Mandara Tree Villa. We were three couples and had booked their apartment level , which consists of four bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a common living dinning area. The entire hotel is aesthetically designed. The staff is efficient and courteous. Food was good and service was prompt. Highly recommended. Would definitely revisit if we travel back to this area. A Big THANK YOU! to Mandara team for making our holiday delightfully memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandara Treevilla. The location is beautiful, with stunning views of the valley and the peaks. The staff were very helpful and took care of us throughout. Would definitely recommend this place.
