Luxury Resort located admist stunning landscapes. Huge property , well maintained with greenery all around. Check in was quick and smooth. They adjusted us for an early check in as we had requested them one day in advance. Room was spacious, clean and hygenic. There is a small children play room and library. Small games room and makeshift spa as the spa games room & swimming area is still under construction. Resort is very well maintained .Huge Dining Area with.indoor and outdoor sitting. Breakfast spread was lavish. Dinner was great and we enjoyed all the dishes during the 4 day stay. Restaurant staff was excellent and very friendly and guiding us the dishes to be tried out. Housekeeping staff was good and kept the resort passages and rooms neat and sparkling clean. The front desk staff were very co-operative and friendly. Special mention for Sunny for his live singing everday at dinner time vesides the games and activities during the day. Once all the Resort facilities are fully operational , this deserves to be a super premium resort. Highly recommended.

Location a bit far from city, but views are prestine. Rooms are good, service too. No issues in cleanliness. But hospitality is definitely not up to the top tier expectation one would have. Their food menu and services need a big upgrade. Very limited options besides north indian so if you plan to stay longer you will get repeated stuff. In our 3 night stay not once we found the chief chef around to voice our issues. Thoroughly disappointed on food. Their spa and swimming pool not operational yet. So for the rates they charge it is definitely not worth it.

Lovely location ! Nice hotel with great views. The rooms are good ,and the one's with mountain view and balcony on higher floor are the best . |Mr. Sunny took us for a village walk ,and also helped us with various activities. Even his singing songs in the evening was very soothing ,he has a great voice! All staff is very efficient and cordial. |Highly recommended to stay here.

A Wonderful Stay That Feels Like Home The property is amazing, and the staff truly made our stay special. Mr. Dinesh took care of us right from the start--he was very attentive and helpful. Nikita guided us through every small detail, making things smooth and easy. Chef Gulsan ensured all our meals were delicious while accommodating our dietary restrictions. I highly recommend this property. Please do visit--it truly feels like a home away from home.

The location is fabulous! We took a balcony upper room, which had a Swiss chalet feel and wonderful views from the balcony. The 120 year old banyan and fig tree in the courtyard before restaurant is a sight to remember with the Dhauladhar mountains with snow in the background. Basu prasad, veer, Nikita in restuarant and housekeeping, Pragya and Shikha at front desk, shubham at travel desk made our stay a memorable one! Thanks to all of them

ITC Storii, Diktu is a charming hotel set against the stunning backdrop of the snow-capped Dhauladhar mountains. From the moment we arrived, the crisp mountain air and beautiful views enhanced our weeklong stay. The hotel perfectly combines natural charm with modern comfort, creating an inviting retreat for our family.||Upon check-in, the warm smiles of the staff and live drum beats made us feel truly welcome. Our cozy room featured breathtaking mountain views, and the attic space in our suite became a whimsical play area for the kids, where they spent hours laughing and exploring.||A special thanks to Mr. Sunny for organizing a serene hour-long trek to a nearby village, which highlighted the simplicity of life there compared to our city routine. He also arranged a fun salad-making experience for the kids, allowing them to pick fresh ingredients from the hotel's kitchen garden.||Our stay was memorable, not just because of the beautiful location and comfortable accommodations, but for the precious moments we shared as a family. This trip will always remind us that the best adventures are often found in simple togetherness amidst nature.

Very good place to rest, the personnel is very helpful and kind. The building itself is very well integrated with the surroundings. Food was good, specially the Indian dishes. I do not recommend the continental ones, as there are also not spicy Indian options. Great housekeeping service by Veer and Anuj

We recently stayed at Storii By ITC Hotel Amoha Retreat, Dharamshala for 5 days with family, and I must say it was one of the most memorable and well-managed stays we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, Mr Darshan Rana and Dinesh made us feel welcome with a smooth check-in process and helpful insights about the local area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained -- perfect for a family with both kids and elders. They ensured our rooms were spotless every single day. We enjoyed several meals at the in-house restaurant, and I cannot thank Chef Gulshan enough for the delicious food tailored to our preferences. His attention to detail and genuine warmth stood out throughout our stay. The team did a wonderful job keeping the kids engaged with indoor games and also guided us through some fantastic local attractions. During our evening tea sessions, we had pleasant conversations with Rahul Bharti, Varun, Vineet, and Nikita -- their hospitality and genuine care for guests added a personal and memorable touch to our experience. They were kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile, which truly made a difference. All in all, it was a truly wonderful family getaway. The service, food, and overall warmth we received from the entire staff made it feel like a home away from home.
