D'Polo Club & Spa Resort, Dharamshala

I had a great experience staying with D'Polo club and spa resort dharmshala The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking--with the serene snowmelt river and beautiful mountains creating the perfect backdrop for relaxation. This Place was the perfect luxurious accommodation in the mountains. It was peaceful experience. We also saw the birds like magpie great barbet whistling thrush, laughing thrush.||One of the most outstanding aspects of our stay was exceptional assistance provided by Gurjeet and Simran in Housekeeping. Both were so humble and polite.||Service was excellent , food was delicious.....so cooperative and welcoming staff. Keep it up team you all were really excellent.

We recently visited D'Polo with some friends and had an amazing experience! The service was exceptional from start to finish. We had a great time swimming, which was truly refreshing. Afterward, we headed to the terrace restaurant and enjoyed some delicious Chinese food. The flavors were spot on, and the service was outstanding . A highly recommended place for a great time! Attended a destination wedding at D'Polo Dharamshala and had an amazing experience! What a wonderful venue for a wedding. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the evening function on the terrace was simply magical. Excellent service throughout -- big kudos to the entire D'Polo team. Keep up the great work!

A property with decent sized rooms. Rooms with front balcony offer a great view. Rooms are well furnished. Restaurant serves a variety of delicious food. Friendly and prompt service. Has an in-house Spa. Very reasonably priced. Definitely recommended during stay in Dalhousie.

We expected the hotel to be very good based on the online reviews, but it was okay. It is more of a MARRIAGE HALL where everyday there is some or the other event is taking place. The terrace and the ground floor halls were fully occupied. Food services are okay. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety. Due to some marriage there was lots of noise coming into our room, so we complained about it. We got shifted into another room. We also got a complimentary dinner for the inconvenience. But this hotel is not value for money. According to the charges the services provided aren't up to the mark. I am NOT SATISFIED.

Don't go by the room photos. They look much better there. average rooms, however it could be better considering the prices. Not a very customer centric property. Food is okayish for the price.You would find better properties in this price range. The view from the property is good!!
