Huge spacious rooms. Clean and beautiful surroundings. Highway touch hotel, having 24x7 open Starbucks and Burger King just at its gate. They have enclosed swimming pool n Gym. Good spread of breakfast and excellent service of staff. One key thing missing is indoor play area and fun activities

Highlights Outstanding Hospitality The receptionist was welcoming and went out of the way to arrange our rooms quickly, even without prior booking. In the restaurant, Mr. Pawan was exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth dining experience. The staff, including those assisting with luggage, were polite, prompt, and always ready to help. Breathtaking Scenery & Landscaping The natural beauty surrounding the property is mesmerizing. The clear blue sky, majestic mountains, and lush greenery create a peaceful retreat. A special appreciation for the gardener, whose dedication is evident in every corner. The trees, plants, and flowers are meticulously arranged, adding charm and freshness to the surroundings. Comfortable Stay & Dining The rooms are spacious, airy, and impeccably clean, offering a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast and high tea, along with a seasonal fruit treat in the evening, add to the experience. The food is delicious, with a good variety to choose from. Ideal for Special Occasions The serene ambiance and beautifully maintained property make Fern Surya a perfect venue for weddings, celebrations, and corporate events. The combination of scenic beauty and excellent service ensures a remarkable experience. Great Value Given the quality of service, accommodation, and amenities, the stay was well worth the price. Minor Drawbacks The sink in the bathroom took some time to drain, though it was fixed. There was a faint odor in the washroom, but it was clean and well-maintained

This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are quite small considering the high charges. The biggest disappointment, however, was the food. I suffered from severe diarrhea after having breakfast here. The service is extremely poor and the overall management is very unprofessional. Hotel is on the highway so it gets too much noisy because of traffic, there are plenty of much better options in Kasauli at similar prices. If you still choose to stay here, I strongly advise against ordering food from the hotel, you'll likely regret it.

Really great place to spend vacation, economical price for stay, and has am amazing view, the property itself is so beautiful that u can click ample scenic shots here, food is good , little priced in comparison to stay prices , But overall a very good experience . Perfect stay for family, friends as well as couples.

Food is worst.Buffet Breakfast tasteless and worthless. Ala carte dinner preparation is also stale and useless. Not even a single guest was happy with Food quality. You need to work on this. No guest is going to stay again. As far as property and rooms are wonderful and well managed. As there is no food joint nearby guest has no other option to consume tasteless and stale food. Better to avoid this hotel.

The service from the housekeeping department was outstanding--they were incredibly kind, attentive, and ensured every detail was perfect. The food at the resort was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of flavorful dishes that left me impressed. What made the experience even better were the fantastic amenities. The resort offers a well-equipped gym, a rejuvenating spa with relaxing massages, and all the facilities needed for a truly refreshing stay. With its tranquil surroundings, amazing food, exceptional service, and premium amenities, The Fern Surya Resort exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it and can't wait to visit again!

We recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be largely positive. The property is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that made for a pleasant stay. The duty manager was notably supportive, and the service team, particularly NX, demonstrated impressive promptness in addressing any concerns or queries. The dining experience was exceptional, with the food being a highlight of the visit. However, I felt that the property was slightly overpriced given a few shortcomings. The basic amenities in the washroom were missing, which was unexpected. Additionally, many of the children's game facilities were temporarily closed, which limited recreational options for younger guests. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the attentive staff and quality of food make this hotel a commendable choice for a stay.

Rooms are good, Food quality is excellent. Well maintained. Staff behaviour is very friendly. However one has to ask to certain amenities which are mentioned by them. Overall nice experience , like to visit again.
