Shivalik Hotel & Resorts

Very nice hotel, good room, great view and overall a very good experience. Staff is also very good and co operative. I recommend this hotel to everyone for Kasauli trip. Just one suggestion, please do include more options in your buffet breakfast like south indian dishes and upma etc to make it almost perfect.

Service is very bad. No management. If you are planning to checkout in the morning ( around 7 AM) ...hey good news.. there is no water in any tap. You will be false promised again and again that it will be coming in 5 min. But waste of services. This hotel can be skipped easily if you are a morning person and wishing to do some necessary things in the morning (fresh n up).

We had a wonderful stay at the Shivalik hotel with family. The food was very tasty. The location is superb, with good parking space. The staff is also very cooperative and good, especially Mr. Rinku. Overall, it was wonderful.

We stayed in a deluxe room and it was an awesome experience (got a good offline deal, yummy food, nice view from the balcony and the staff was very cooperative) Highly recommended..cheers
