Wonderful place I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pine Maderas, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was delighted to find that my room was ready ahead of schedule. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The view from the window was stunning, providing a peaceful and scenic backdrop to my stay. What truly set this hotel apart was the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, Pine Maderas is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. Tucked away in the serene Pine Hills, Pine Maderas is a hidden gem that offers a truly luxurious escape. My stay in the twin bedroom suite was nothing short of spectacular. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured a private balcony with an incredible view of the clouds drifting by--such a peaceful, breathtaking sight each morning and evening. The highlight of my experience, however, was the rooftop restaurant. With its stunning panoramic views and inviting atmosphere, it's the perfect setting to enjoy exceptional food. The dishes were expertly crafted, each one a delightful culinary experience. The flavors were vibrant and fresh--by far some of the best dining I've had! From the peaceful surroundings to the impeccable service, this hotel offers the perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. It truly is a complete package, and I'm already looking forward to returning for another unforgettable stay! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing, high-end retreat.

The atmosphere is very good, location is very good and food is amazing.The staff behaviour and management is very good... Rooms were very neat and clean,the facilities in the hotel were superb. Appreciate theirs efforts in keeping all our demands on priority. Will definitely visit and recommend others for this property

It was a total delight for all of us to stay at Pine Maderas...very nice property,lovely surroundings, awesome food and very courteous staff....overall a very good package... The pain of climbing stairs was also forgotten because of all other factors. Everyone was of the opinion that they would love to come again. All thanks to Ms Preeti and Mr Sanjay Kumar,who made our stay possible and very comfortable.

We booked Pine Maderas for a Christmas staycation, lured by glowing online reviews. Unfortunately, those reviews couldn't have been further from reality. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the hotel was unclean. The bed had insects crawling on it, and the bathroom was no better. Towels reeked of a foul odor, and the comforters were stained and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The wait staff wore visibly dirty clothes, adding to the overall unhygienic environment. To make matters worse, we were the only guests there--likely a reflection of how poorly maintained this place is. The stay was non-refundable, which meant we had no choice but to endure the horror. What was meant to be a festive and relaxing Christmas turned into a regret-filled ordeal. I wouldn't recommend Pine Maderas to anyone. It's shocking how far off the reviews were, and I hope this serves as a warning to future guests. Save your money and your sanity--choose a different hotel.

Had a great experience staying here. The rooms were clean and the staff were very hospitable. Loved the breakfast buffet and the overall food is amazing

We visited and stayed at the property for our friend's celebration. Really enjoyed the calm and soothing pine forests just adjoining the hotel. I really enjoyed different theme corner common rooms at every floor. Our friends threw an amazing party and the yummy tasty food by the chef at the stay and humble staff made it even more magical. Staff was paying attention to every little detail even without asking. The star attraction was the high tea they arranged amongst the pine forest. Really recommend the stay for a rejuvenating experience.

A quiet luxury hidden in pine hills. Had an amazing stay in twin bedroom suite which had an amazing view of clouds from balcony. Their rooftop restaurant is the best part, food they serve here is just too good. Overall a complete package. Will go back again !!!
