Jungle Lodge Resorts

I booked the Private Pool Villa in this Hotel & overall the experience was Awesome. Property is good, maintained & staff is nice as well. Pool was clean, heated (28-30 C) which as perfect. We played Cricket with other Guest of the hotel & that was the highlight for me. Along with this 3 year old my kid enjoyed their Swings, Trampoline & had an amazing time. Cons: -- Lack of Wifi in Rooms. Wifi was there but wasn't working as it should have. -- Bad Smell in our Bathroom. It wasn't from cleaning but I am sure something died in their. Its in middle of Jungle so I don't blame staff for it & it was bearable for us so no complaints. -- Out of final 1.5 km patch, There is 500m road which is very narrow to the point if some vehicle came from front, you or other vehicle has to reverse so that other can pass. I am hopeful that hotel staff will take this feedback in a positive way & improve upon this. They have a common swimming pool in construction right now. Once that is built, I would love to visit again with friends.

It was truly a pleasant stay at Jungle Resort. Mr Amit made booking hassle free and answered all queries patiently .The entire staff was cooperative and courteous throughout our visit. A special mention to Chef Mr Bobby,who took great initiative in ensuring we were well served. Mr. Kishan, the waiter who assisted us during our dining experience was generous and attentive. Overall, the service was excellent. We look forward to more such stays in the coming months and will surely recommend Jungle Resort to our circle

Recently Had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic resort! The service was truly warm and professional. The food was excellent with great variety, and the property was clean and beautifully maintained. Loved the live music in the evening -- it added the perfect touch to a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!

I'm still grinning from ear to ear thinking about my incredible stay at Jungle Lodge Resort in January! From the moment we arrived, I knew we were in for a treat. The property is stunning, with plenty of parking space and beautifully landscaped gardens. Our premium cottage was a dream come true - the spacious veranda, adorable balcony, and total privacy made us feel like we were in our own little world. And let's not forget the breathtaking views of the surrounding lush green forest! But what really blew me away was the food - it was absolutely amazing! I was a bit skeptical after reading some mixed reviews, but trust me, its good. Every meal was a delight, and we left feeling thoroughly pampered. The morning breakfast buffet was lavish and catered to almost every taste. The resort has plenty to keep everyone entertained, from a fantastic play area for kids to basketball, croquet, and badminton equipment for the adults. And yes, there's even a pool table! One of the highlights of our stay was the live music session on Saturday evening. We even got to enjoy a bonfire (which was thoughtfully arranged by the staff for a birthday celebration, it was paid although). The staff at Jungle Lodge Resort truly deserve a special mention - they're prompt, efficient, and always ready to help. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it the perfect getaway with friends and family. All in all, I'd highly recommend Jungle Lodge Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, rejuvenating break amidst nature.

Every time we visit this place, which is about our 10th time, we love it! However, there is one thing I dislike: the cleanliness. Specifically, the bed linens often have hair, bindis, and other remnants from previous guests. They really need to address this issue. Otherwise, it's an amazing place to enjoy with family.

We recently stayed at the Jungle Lodge Resort and booked the pool villa, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The staff deserves a special mention - they were incredibly efficient, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Room service was impressively quick, and every request was handled with a smile. I had also requested special decorations for my parent's anniversary, and they did an outstanding job! The effort and attention to detail made the celebration so memorable and heartfelt. The food was another highlight - everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this resort has it all. Highly recommend it for a perfect getaway or a special occasion!

Property is spacious and perfect for kids, but might not be suitable for elderly guests with mobility issues. The management seemed disinterested in the feedback . Even the basic maintenance seems to be missing. Toilets were dirty . Food was average & spread was less .... Basics like fresh juice were missing . In the name of extra bedding it was a mattress which was laid down on the floor .

Nice property at Kasauli, place has beautiful aura property is kind of unique is certain ways. Hospitality is good staff is very welcoming. My Gratitude to Gaurav and Shiv from front staff for understanding the requirements well. Special thanks to Dimple at restaurant for serving nice and fresh breakfast. They play good music at front desk and restaurant which adds aura to the place. Love to visit again. Recommend to friends and family to try once.
