StayVista at Sylvana Villas in Dharampur | 9 BHK Luxury Holiday Home

Stayed at this one for 2 nights, we went with a group of friends and took 5 rooms. The property is good and has great views. The location is also good with a nice trek nearby. However, the service/staff was average, not warm or welcoming. The cleanliness and upkeep needs to be worked upon. Food quality is just fine but the menu prices are exorbitant. Overall, very underwhelming experience and would not repeat again! Would suggest to revisit the menu prices.

Absolutely underwhelming stay. I believe Sylvana is passed it's "good days" and the reason for this is a combination of - below average service, poor to no housekeeping, lack of amenities and a general apathy from the property keepers. The food with its over the top pricing was perhaps the most average I have had. We decided to go out and pack food most of the times. The lunch we did get made from the property for their famous italian was just overcooked pasta, thought he arincini and salad were great! What I did appreciate is the location which was surrounded by pine trees and nice walks to the tracks. The rooms ans bathroom were also comfortable and warm. The property has great bones but a gentler touch to revamp the soft product is required to get it back to the glory days

I booked the villa for my family to celebrate my marriage anniversary and we had such a wonderful time here. Just to mention the rooms are well kept and staff was available to cater to all our needs. Overall had a good stay. Would love to come back again.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this villa, and my experience was extremely underwhelming. Despite the high costs, the villa lacked basic amenities such as housekeeping, kitchen crockery, and a hot water kettle. To make matters worse, the AC remote was not provided, making our stay even more uncomfortable. The cherry on top was the exorbitant bill of 40,000, which included an extraordinary charge for tea and pakodas. The prices were absolutely unjustified, and I felt taken advantage of. Overall, I would not recommend this villa to anyone. The lack of basic amenities, combined with the outrageous pricing, made for a terrible experience.

Our stay was really good...Location was amazing and staff Mr Rohit and our chef Mr Rajan hospitality was great...Mr Aman helps us in every way...

The stay was exceptional. There was no complaints whatsoever. Rohit helped in every step. Aman was very helpful too. The food was prepared to greatest quality by Sunny.
