The room was spacious, featuring a king-sized bed, a private balcony. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They provided personalized recommendations for local restaurants . Not only the location is very good, the dining staff was very accommodating and with prompt service. Laundry service was very reasonable and reliable. The housekeeping staff ( forget his name) was extremely helpful and served with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place!

An amazing experience right from booking till check out. The reception staff was attentive over the phone & provided me a room on one corner as requested. They also had no issues with an hour of early check in / late check out. (Of it was also because of availability, but mostly because of their positive attitude & customer-first mindset). The room was luxurious & the pool was actually very clean, water frequently recycled, temperature well controlled (adjusted on call) & overall very well managed. The room service was prompt & of course the staff was extremely courteous. The buffet breakfast was very good, with ample variety of cuisines. Lunch & dinner was ala carte only. A high tea was part of my package - a satisfactory spread. Overall a great experience, which I'd like to experience again.

Excellent service s, completely comfortable stay and beautiful rooms, food was really good, specially falafal hummus with pita bread platter preparation was nice. Himachali dish Siddu in the breakfast was delicious. Everything was up to the mark. Enjoyed my stay.

We stayed 2 nights and we enjoyed property|We told them in advance for some decor which was pathetic and they charged 1800/- i said them that decor is not at all acceptable and i dont want to pay for it. Still dey charge from us after paying bill of 23000 of food bill
