Snow Valley Resorts

Just get a room on the ground floor, which happens to be the top floor It's the definition of the phrase 'room with a view'. Besides the panoramic view, this resort has good service, great food and excellent staff. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. There's an outdoor seating space on the 4th floor that offers equally good views of the valley below. On our last night here it rained a lot, and the next morning we could see all the way to the snow-capped Himalayan range bathed in the morning light. Truly a sight to behold.

The views are the best part about this resort. The terrace offers best views. Also from the room the view is awesome. A special sitting space is made to enjoy the view. Service was good. Food was average. The views are worth staying in the hotel. Parking is very tight. And the luggage has to carried to the hotel. The hotel boys are available for doing that.

We stayed at this resort for four days in December 2023 and had a delightful experience. The view from our mountain-facing room was breathtaking, and its beauty defies description. We truly appreciated that our room always had hot water and was well-carpeted, a detail that even some upscale resorts often overlook.||The food quality was exceptional, and we never felt the need to dine elsewhere. Additionally, the hotel provided a reliable sightseeing car service that made exploring the area convenient.||I would like to commend the entire staff, especially Mr. Vijay Sharma, for their unmatched hospitality. Mr. Sharma especially went above and beyond on every front to ensure we had an excellent stay.

Great Stay with Stunning Views and Excellent Service I recently stayed at this hotel in Dalhousie and had a mostly delightful experience. The property offers breathtaking views of the mountain ranges right from the rooms, which was a highlight of my stay. The rooms are equipped with centralized air conditioning and 24-hour hot water, making it very comfortable, especially during colder months. The service deserves special mention - the staff was extremely polite and responsive, always ensuring our needs were met promptly. The complimentary breakfast, if included in your package, is decent and a good start to the day. The hotel also features a recreation room and a conference room, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The recreation room adds an extra layer of relaxation, while the conference room is a good facility for professional gatherings. The hotel maintains a clean and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Parking is available on the premises, though I'm unsure about wheelchair accessibility as I didn't notice any specific provisions for it. However, I did encounter two minor issues. In room 691, the shampoo dispenser was leaking, and in room 692, the room heating sensor wasn't working, which kept the temperature constant at 28degC. I reported these to the staff and hope they have been addressed by now. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for its stunning views, excellent service, and comfortable amenities. The additional facilities like the recreation and conference rooms make it a great choice for all types of travelers. A few minor fixes and it would be perfect!

Snow Valley Resort in Dalhousie is a gem! The food was delicious, and my room was spotlessly clean with a stunning mountain view. The staff were friendly and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

Excellent experience...... Especially Mr.Vijay Katoch and Mr.Vikram were very polite and helpful. The food and ambience was also very nice.. Rooms were also very spacious and good. Room price was in budget. Will definitely visit again.
