The staff was very very welcoming! We wholeheartedly recommend this stay. Shoutout to Deepak and Binita for the fantastic service and great food. The property itself is atop a hill and has splendid views.

Nothing great, specially at the kind of rates they are charging. The staff is warm and courteous . Good views from the property . Had booked the entire place with friends . Outside food is not allowed , The owner stays in the property which isn't clearly mentioned. Consider it as a home stay more than independent villas .

It's a very good stay! The view is amazing! This home stay has a lot of games so you have good time! The food here is also very good! Chef Veenita is very sweet person and cooks very delicious food and also customizes according to your wish! Manager Deepak is also very good and helps you with everything you need! Suman staff boy is also sweet! There is no disturbance from staff! It was a great experience! If not for anything else go visit the place for the food!

**Review for StayVista Property near Kasauli: A Disappointing Experience** Our recent stay at a StayVista property near Kasauli was underwhelming and frustrating. Here's why: 1. **Overpriced for Mediocre Amenities**: The property charges premium rates, but the amenities are nowhere close to justifying the cost. 2. **Non-Functional Electrical Components**: We encountered serious issues with basic electrical appliances like geysers, water kettles, ceiling lights, room heaters, and ACs. Nothing worked seamlessly, and it was a constant struggle to stay comfortable. 3. **Frequent Power Cuts**: The power cuts were not only frequent but also long-lasting, making it difficult to enjoy the stay or rely on even the limited facilities available. 4. **Understaffed and Poor Service**: For a group of 10 guests, there were only two kitchen staff and one housekeeping staff member to manage six rooms and two hall areas. The staff was overwhelmed, leading to untidy rooms and a lack of basic hospitality. Their frustration was evident in their demeanor, making interactions unpleasant. However, Deepak who is their manager, did try his best to help us as promptly as he could. 5. **Unreliable Property Management**: The property is entirely managed by StayVista with no visible involvement from the homeowners. This approach has resulted in subpar maintenance, zero tech integrations, and a lack of attention to guest comfort. 6. **High Food Prices Despite Great Cooking**: The one saving grace was the cook, Binita, whose delicious meals brought some joy to an otherwise disappointing stay. However, even the food prices were exorbitantly high, adding to the feeling of being overcharged. Overall, while Binita's cooking was a silver lining, it was not enough to compensate for the mismanagement, lack of basic amenities, and unreasonably high prices. We left feeling that this property failed to deliver on its promises and wouldn't recommend it for the price tag it carries. Needs a decent revamp of the whole place to make it a masterpiece of a stay that it is.

Came with family for a quick vacation. Very relaxing and beautiful lawns. Gives a very colonial cottage vibes. The staff is also very helpful. Their cook Bineeta makes amazing home food. Cheers!
