I had an exceptional stay at hotel discovery. The food was absolutely delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors and presentation. The hospitality was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff making us feel right at home. The service was prompt and courteous, exceeding our expectations in every way. Unpleasant Experience - Would Not Recommend My stay at Hotel Discovery was far from satisfactory. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I requested the AC remote and was refused with the bizarre excuse that it was "too cold already"--as if guests don't have the right to adjust their own room temperature. To add to the disappointment, I was charged 100 just for a basic glass, which felt like a scam. The room lacked essential amenities, hygiene standards were poor, and the food was of low quality. Overall, this hotel does not prioritize guest comfort or cleanliness. I won't be coming back, and I don't recommend it to anyone expecting even decent service.

I had a good experience in Discovery Hotel. Here are my thoughts: - The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. - The hotel has a huge parking space, which is a big plus. - The location is excellent, right on the highway. - The food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. - The staff are friendly and welcoming. - Rooms are suitable for families. - Credit card payments are accepted. The only drawback is that the prices are a bit on the higher side. Discovery Hotel is a great choice for those looking for a comfortable stay, tasty food, and good service. Just be prepared for the slightly higher prices.

Not Worth the Money - Very Poor Experience Hotel Discovery was a huge letdown. The manager was rude and completely unprofessional. I wasn't even given the AC remote because they said it was "too cold" already--how does that make any sense when I'm the one paying for the room? To top it off, they charged me 100 for a broken glass that I didn't even damage. No logic, no courtesy. The mattress was incredibly hard, and I couldn't sleep properly the entire night. Basic amenities were missing, hygiene was bad, and the food was honestly terrible. I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are far better options out there at the same price.

The hotel lacked basic amenities, the hygiene was subpar, and the food was barely edible. Everything felt neglected and poorly maintained. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. It's not worth the money or the hassle. Very disappointed.

The location of Hotel Discovery is very suitable on highway for onward journey to Manali. The rooms are ok. However, door lock should be checked before giving the room to guest. It was found that the door to one of room could be unlocked from outside but it was not opening from inside. Though it was set right after informing the staff. The garden is well situated but not clean. The food is good.

Unhygienic and Uncomfortable - Avoid This Hotel My experience at Hotel Discovery was extremely disappointing. The room was unhygienic and had insects crawling around--completely unacceptable. The manager was unprofessional and even refused to give me the AC remote, saying it was "too cold" as if I didn't have a say in my own comfort. The mattress was so hard I couldn't sleep properly all night. Between that and the general lack of cleanliness, it felt more like a punishment than a place to rest. Basic amenities were missing, and the food was bland and poorly prepared. I seriously regret booking this place. Definitely not worth the money.

The best place to stay around Mandi. Excellent service, courteous staff wonderful ambience and amazing food. Will recommend to everyone!
