The staff has no etiquette and hospitality ethics to entertain their guest and the boys and manager both are careless about privacy and hospitality, I stayed there for 2 days and I asked for extra quilt as it's winter time they had unseen my request and For the next day, We had to visit bharmour and I had informed a boy that we are going to bharmour and will pay next we will check out for the next day. We came back from bharmour, the manager sent his guy to provide a towel and soap to ask for payment at 9:30 PM and the service boy was drunk and he knocked and I had opened the gate and asked him for the reason, He got into the room and kept soap and towel near bed and ask my girlfriend for water. Which we didn't like as it was against privacy and asking for money for the room, later on I complained this thing to the manager and he apologized and his service boy too. But I got everything, they haven't remembered to provide towels in the beginning and even I earlier mentioned that the quilt was not given. He sent his boy to ask for money with an excuse to give a towel and soap. Overall, the experience was very bad, we felt insecure after that event and couldn't sleep all night.

Very horror experience in this hotel...mr Nitish, owner of the hotel behaviour was extremely rude they don't even know how to talk....they did not provided any oyo facility. They written online that they all all the amenities like they have kichen serving facility, wify, free parking .. they provide dirty towel and unhygienic drinking water in loose cap bottels. He knocked the door of his guest at mid night and asked them to pay the full amount of the room now instead of morning. They have no any parking facilities in their hotel we have paid rs 350 separately for car parking in front of hotel. Their kitchen is in very unhygienic condition. Mr Nitish hotel owner has no sense how to talk with guests staying with family at his hotels. He at midnight knocked the door of guests and rudely asked them to pay the balance amount and when we said that this is not the right time we will settle the due in the morning before checkout. But he rudely denied he said you have to pay now. Thus he pressurised us to pay remaining balance dues at midnight. His behaviour was not good.Their service is pethetic. They run the hotel under OYo sponsership. But they said their tie up with Oyo was completed earlier. Thus they run their hotel by misusing the name of OYO board on the hotel. As they have not providing Oyo minimum required facilities.

If you want budget stay near bus stand, you can consider this hotel. Though the staff was friendly, they took more time for simple tasks. I ordered water bottle for which they took 30 minutes to deliver it to my room. Hot water facility was available round the clock. Overall, my stay was comfortable.

Worst hotel please dont visit zero commitment level staff is damn rude rooms are not at all clean washrooms jet not working before going please contact me i will share my experience before payment they will be so polite to you after payment they dont listen to anyone

Rooms are very congested in size, no food services, blankets are not clean,used blanket they give

Very was very dirty room is sooo old not working TV fan light property I am staying in this hotel 1night this night is very bad night of my life I recommend to everyone staying on rode but no choose this hotel
