Jannat Hotel

It was a nice Holiday experience at Jannat. Check-in was smooth and Room was clean with all basic amenities present. Washroom was also equipped with geyser, shower facility, Dental kit, Bathing kit and smoothly functioning equipment. I was able to enjoy my favourite movies on a smart 1+ TV smoothly. The blanket which was provided was brand new and of good quality. Room service was decent except for the morning hours. I was told at Check-in that breakfast facility begins at 7:30 a.m sharp but when i called them at 8:00 a.m, no one answered. Morning hours have a very poor service. Other than that the staff is helpful and tries their best to provide good service. Restaurant is at the top floor but the food is far below average. There are many other better options outside for food.

Restaurant - flies on food, poor service, chicken looked like just previous left over bones in curry, staff were smoking in kitchen and was badly felt in seating. pineapple curd had black pepper & lot salt in it never visiting again.

Perfectly located hotel surrounded by the mountains on the edge of river Ravi. Excellent support staff . Food is delicious.

Bathroom is just perfect for westerners. Room service top notch (10/10 we will stay agian) Good price for spur of the moment stays
