Hotel The Florence

Rooms are smaller and basic toiletries are missing from the baathroom. But hotel was neet and clean.

Good hotel and room is very good but need some supervision. Staff has good behaviour. Hotel is on best location

Rooms at this place are the best, service wise good, location wise superb. Do have a beautiful restaurant on the rooftop, only problem is that the food not good at all, need a lot of improvement.

One of the worst services ever. Daal Makhani is especially tasteless. Night Manager behaviour is not good. Always talks rudely.

It's a new property built near river ravi, the view is beautiful. The staff is very cooperative as i had to departure late they adjusted, the food is good. And the best part is the luxry room's they provide.

Rooms are good, however they need to work on food. Service is fine. Location is good.

This is just outside the city of chamba. We stayed in the room overlooking the River. The balcony was quiet big. Food was beyond Doubt amazing and does justice to the name Chawla2. prompt service and decent breakfast.
