recently went to this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered Manchow soup, but they served me mixed vegetable soup instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff rudely responded, "Abhi yahi hoga yaha

Such a worst experience at the hotel, the shower isn't hot and the heaters are to be paid additionally. Initially these guys wont tell about the heaters but later they demand money 300 rs for usage. These heaters are to be part of amenities.
