Hotel The Chabal Kasauli

We booked two valley view rooms at The Chabal Hotel in Kasauli for two nights in April 2025, and we had a great experience. The hotel appears to be newly renovated and is conveniently located by the roadside with ample parking space. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Our package included breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options. We traveled with our one-year-old daughter and received all kinds of help and support from the kitchen staff. The personnel were friendly and accommodating. The view of the Kasauli hills, especially at night from our room, was truly amazing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel The Chabal Kasauli and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and professional service. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautiful. The amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The housekeeping was impeccable. The hotel's location was perfect with a beautiful view. the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Overall, my experience at the property was absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I look forward to returning in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit, making us feel welcome and well-cared for.Our only concern was a safety issue with the air conditioning unit leaking water directly in front of the balcony door. This created a slipping hazard that could potentially cause injury when accessing the balcony. This should be addressed promptly for guest safety.Despite this single issue, everything else about my experience was excellent, and I would happily recommend this accommodation to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-serviced place to stay

Had a great stay at the "Hotel the Chabal" for two nights with my family. I walked straight to the hotel and booked a premium room which has balcony and valley view. The valley view is not that I expected, but that's the best you will get in Kasauli. Great food and amazing service from the staff. Must go for anyone eyeing to book hotels in Kasauli.

Stay here for 2 nights- 26 and 27 January 2025. Out stay was very good, view from balcony is very nice. We just missed sunset. Room is specious and clean. Food is also very good and all hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Food cooked as per your taste.

The hotel is located approx. 6 km from the heritage market but the approach road is perfectly fine without any steep slopes. The rooms are extremely neat, clean, and tidy and will all amenities. Our dinner was included in the price and the food was amazing, including indian and chinese options. The staff is very professional and cooperative, willing to cater to any special special request. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. Overall, a recommended stay..!!

The experience was very nice. The view from the room was amazing. Hotel staff was very polite, service was very quick Just one suggestion variety in your breakfast should be more.

Perfect, just perfect, the food is great staff is very friendly, the hotel is also very clean and the view is breathtaking! 10/10 the experience was very good, if I were to get a chance to stay again I would do it for sure!
